Will is an excellent plumber and pretty funny to boot. He quickly got a water heater leak repaired and a new cut off valve added under our kitchen sink in a house we are selling. Pricing was very fair and we've already got him scheduled at our new house to run a gas line for the stove too. Will was referred to me by two other people and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and experienced plumber.

I have called numerous plumbing companies in Greater Denver area that have tried to deceive me with pricing, even before they know about my problem. They will refuse to talk pricing, even general quotes for hourly rates or the cost of the units they sell. BILL BOWEN is the kind of business man that is honest and respectful. I will use him anytime I have a plumbing need. He is fair with pricing and gives customers his HONEST professional advice. I took the time to write this because when I called Bill Bowen(Will Bowen), he treated me as if my problem was important, whether it was a Big or Small job didn't matter to him. That's excellent customer service.
Additionally, his work was perfect and he has always been on-time and reliable.

Having to modify my 5 star review after learning from another plumber that the short run of flat drain pipe identified as problematic during my $125 service call was actually a vent pipe and had nothing to do with the underlying issue. Fortunately I did not allow Drain Terrier to attempt this unnecessary, costly repair but am still out the service charge which the other company did not charge while, more importantly, being able to identify the problem the first time.

Assuming based on reviews my experience is somewhat rare but I would advise against them for diagnostic work for the reasons mentioned above.

Drain Terrier came to my home after another company was unable to clear a clog (that ultimately resulted in a destructive sewage backup). Nick successfully figured out how to clear the drain and was very friendly and communicative. Will definitely use them again!

Nick and Craig did an excellent job detecting and fixing a leaking shower pipe in my home. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient getting it all fixed and cleaned up. Highly recommend Drain Terrier for all plumbing needs!

Benjamin did a great job replacing our sump pump and old pvc drain system. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and prompt. We really appreciated that he could do the work on a Saturday as well! Highly recommend Drain Terrier if you're looking for a trustworthy, diligent, knowledgeable company.

Kris & Jesse were both freaking amazing! They were very professional and communicated with me through the whole process because I have no clue about plumbing. Drain Terrier was excellent to work with. They came out the same day I called. They sent text reminders and when they were running late, they messaged to let us know. We are moving and needed verification we did not have a leak, both the techs were knowledgeable, helpful and honest

Thankfully there's still an honest quality reputable plumbing company available to consumers. Drain Terrier, specifically Nick, did an outstanding job today. Same day quote and repair the next day. Serious pipe repair in my crawl space received an A+ .Prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Drain Terrier, especially Nick again.

Benjamin did high-quality work in replacing our bathroom faucet, which was in cramped quarters.

We first met to troubleshoot a couple issues we were having, and we agreed the best course of action was to replace the faucet. We picked it out ourselves, then Benjamin came back to install in a different day, and applied the service call fee towards the labor, which was a nice courtesy.

He explained everything before starting the work, and reviewed the cost so there were no surprises. The work was completed quickly, and all our issues were solved.

This was the second time using drain terrier, and we'd use them again in the future.
