If I could give less stars...
Tried searching for a simple toilet seat and the RUDE lady who answered the phone seemed so bothered by my call. I told her I wasn't sure what information she needed from me. She then again....rudely asked me if it was elongated or what type? I told her it was elongated. Have her the brand of toilet and seat. She then rudely asked if I needed a round seat. Is this place a joke? I told her I would be calling someone else. I wouldn't recommend this place....the lady answering the phones has a serious attitude problem. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Audrey went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed even when the computer said they didn’t have anything in stock.

After 25 years of using GTS for commercial hydronics and plumbing, It is obvious that my business has to be given to the best wholesaler left in town...

Charity was fantastic in helping me with our bathroom redesign. She had thoughtful design ideas and helped me to understand the differences between the lines. She was patient with changes and quick with quotes. She also helped to get my order delivered sooner than I expected. This was after I had been to Ferguson and a few high end appointment only showrooms. They all understood finishes and design but not the actual plumbing which was what I needed to understand to complete our project. Highly recommend.

Been using this branch over 20 years. Generally they do have what we need in- stock. But, the counter folks are not at all friendly. They act like you're bothering them when you walk in. It's not the way it used to be. Please do something different.

First time here, I am a carpenter with a plumbing issue Audrey solved the problem with a smile! Nikki at the counter was helpful as well and had a no messing around good attitude. Both will make me come back.
