We purchased our house last summer and the Hunter Douglass Silhouette Shades were very dirty, to the point where I had considered replacing them since figuring out how to clean them seemed impossible. I stumbled across the process of ultrasonic blind cleaning and reached out to Brad for a quote. He was quick to respond and able to get us scheduled within a few weeks for what we felt was a very reasonable price, and now that the work is done, we are amazed at how well the cleaning procedure works!

Brad did an amazing job! He even made my hard-to-reach skylights look so great! Clean windows make such a big difference!

Kochens was recommended by a blinds company for cleaning our blinds. They did a fantastic job! The blinds came out new again, including the strings, and the mechanisms are working better for it as well. Their prices are great and very fair. We will have them back to do the windows as well

Wow! I can’t recommend Kochen’s enough! Brad responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduled us for service the very next day, was prompt and so pleasant to work with. Our cellular blinds, which hadn’t been cleaned (other than vacuuming) for 20 years, are sparkling and beautiful!! Have already scheduled him to do our faux wooden blinds and can’t wait! Just wish we’d done them all at once since his rates are so reasonable.

Brad Kochen did a excellent job washing the exterior of all our windows in our two story home. Our windows sparkle because they are so clean. We appreciated his attention to details and carefully working around our landscaping. We will certainly have him clean our windows again.

He also did us the favor of knocking down a wasp nest that was at a very high location that would have been very difficult to get to on our own. I recently contacted Brad Kochen to clean my cellular shades that have been hanging in the main entrance atrium collecting dust for 16 years. Brad had the shades cleaned, looking like new, and rehung in just a few days. He is amazing!

Eric did a great job! Not only did he clean my carpeted rooms but he also cleaned my area rugs! I definitely recommend! Nice guy, thorough job!

Eric and Kamryn did a great job cleaning my carpet and dryer vent. Eric identified an issue with my dryer connection, ran to the hardware store and changed it out to prevent future issues. He even cleaned the inside of my dryer where lint gets trapped (my previous dryer vent cleaner did not do this). Increased dryer performance and longevity are much appreciated. Carpet looks amazing and whole house smells fresh. Communication was excellent, prices fair, and I will definitely use Colorado Clean Living in the future.

What a marvelous experience! It was our first time working with Eric and his daughter Kameron. We are new to Colorado and don’t know many people so I googled and read reviews and decided to go ahead and give them a try based solely off reviews. To make a long story short, we will never use any other cleaning business. They cleaned a number of items. Honestly it looks like we have a new couch! Eric will be returning to work on our wood floors next. Can’t wait to see how those turn out. Eric is very honest and knowledgeable. Thank you both for doing such an amazing job!!!

Just amazing! I cant express how lucky we were to get Eric to come to our house so quickly. His time management and work ethic is high quality. Eric was able to not just clean our carpets and rugs but bring them back to life. We have two dogs and a messy teenager, so he had his work cut out for him. And by gosh he succeeded. We will only be working with Eric from now on.
