William with Stanley Steemer was excellent. He was polite, professional and offered carpet upkeep tips. I'm extremely satisfied with his service.

He made my entire carpet and furniture look brand new, and that’s saying something since I have twin 3 year olds. Super impressed. Highly recommend.

I would like to preface this by saying that I have only wrote a handful of reviews in my lifetime. So it is saying a lot that I am writing this.

Trevor has come twice to clean the carpets, and has been great both times. He was very kind, efficient, and did a wonderful job!

The first time he came was due to my dog having a large accident which went from a room upstairs all the way down the stairs. Unfortunately he wound up hospitalized at the emergency vet at 630am. I called to make an appt when I left the vet and he was at my house by 8!

Honestly it smelled absolutely horrific, and I was mortified to have anyone in my house. But Trevor arrived and was very kind, considerate, and respectful despite the awful smell and mess that he walked into. By the time he left, there was no evidence that my dog even had an accident, odors included! I have only ever used Trevor from this company, so I can't speak for other employees. But I would absolutely recommend Trevor to anyone who needs their carpets done!

As always Stanley did not disappoint. My stairs look great and the technician made sure the area was cleaned thoroughly. Thank you Andre for a job well done.

After big construction project had the vents in my hundred-year-old house cleaned out and they did a fantastic job

Stanley Steamer did not meet my expectations for their air duct cleaning services. I was told by one representative all the air duct cleaning they would perform, but when the air duct cleaning crew arrived, I was given different cleaning information. Plus the vacuum they used broke halfway through the service appointment and they needed to reschedule to come back and complete the service.One of the workers at the first service appointment was blaming the representative for not understanding the dynamics involved With access to air ducts and the ventilation trunk--stating that the representative doesn't know what they're doing. I gave Stanley steamer a two star rating because the workers at the second service appointment did everything they could to provide a satisfactory experience, even though their services were sub standard to my expectations.I will not pay the overpriced amount for this sort of air duct cleaning by Stanley steamer ever again.

Jose was great. He was on time explained everything he was going to do and did a great job. Price was pretty reasonable. Cleaned and sealed the tile in our coach, cleaned the carpet and the chairs/couches.

Excellent service! Trevor was the technician I was lucky enough to have clean my rugs. Trevor was on time professional and knowledgeable. He explained prior to service how he would service my carpet located in the lower level of my house. I opted to have an additional application applied and I could not be more pleased . I can only show the steps/landing as I will not be walking on it until tomorrow😀. I will recommend to anyone asking for a referral for a good carpet cleaning company. to call Stanley Steemer.

Excellent service by Scott. Got rid of carpet several years ago but 5 area rugs on floors needed cleaning after about 7 years of traffic. Was offered a good price for two upholstered sofas and a chair. Took about an hour and a half and the furniture and rugs are NOTICEABLY brighter and cleaner, and while there is no ‘fragrance,’ in the steam cleaning, there is definitely a freshness to our home. They gave a five hour window of when they would arrive several days ahead of time, but then they sent a text on the day of service when they were on their way and a map to show where they were coming from which gave us time to secure our dogs so as not to interrupt the service upon arrival. Would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer and specifically, Scott.

I had Stanley Steemer out of Windsor CO come to my house today to clean my air ducts. They did a tremendous job, and I am completely satisfied. The service techs, Steven and Elijah, were right on time and began work promptly. They were very courteous and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. They were respectful of my home and demonstrated a genuine concern to complete the job without damaging anything. They were efficient and thorough and cleaned up after they were done. I feel they did a great job and I am genuinely pleased. A great experience with Stanley Steemer!

I was very pleased with Max, our technician from Stanley Steemer. He explained every step of the cleaning beforehand, so that i would know exactly what he was doing. He also went above and used his arsenal of products on any difficult stains. Am glad that i opted to get year's pkg and looking forward to seeing Max again.
