As the Housekeeping Director, I used Smart Carpet for our carpet needs at The Hillcrest of Loveland for a couple of years and was never disappointed. Great price for great service. I only stopped using them because we got bought out by another company and started doing our own carpets. I miss working with them and refer them whenever possible.

Smart carpet came to the carpets in our new home. I had spilled blue paint on the carpets shortly before they arrived. They were able to get all of it out! The carpets look brand new!! Saved us money on having to replace the carpets in the whole house! Highly recommend!

Could not be more pleased with the Services provided by Smart Carpet Cleaning. They performed a whole house move out service for a rental property. This company is awesome! They are so easy to schedule with, and they do an amazing job cleaning carpets! Several times they have saved a carpet that we thought would have to be replaced, making us happy and our customers even happier!

Have used them multiple times each year over the last 6 or 7 years to ready my rental homes between tenants. The normal cleaning jobs always have an outstanding result. In some of the worst cases, they have performed miracles which extended the life of my carpets. Not having to replace carpet is a huge advantage to my bottom line. Also their method allows much quicker move in, important when the new tenant is on standby to start moving in. Beautiful results without the wet, stinky drying times required by other cleaning companies. I use them exclusively and plan to continue.

I am so impressed with how beautiful my carpet looks and smells. By the time Robert finished it was dry to the touch. My hardwood under the carpet received no moisture or damage. Josh & Zhen were my carpet cleaning team and they did a great job! They cleaned 1600 sq ft of carpet in just under 2 hours, and except for some of the dirtier areas, my carpeting was nearly dry by the time they had packed up the van to leave. Half of that total area was carpeting that is 15 years old and hadn't been cleaned professionally for a few years, so I wasn't sure some of that would come fully clean. But the color is good as new. I would highly recommend the Smart Carpet Cleaning team.

The professional team (Josh and Kevin) gave us a much appreciated call 20 minutes in advance. They were both wearing masks the whole time they were here. They were extremely courteous and I was amazed at their professionalism. Second to my amazement, was the great job that they did. My carpets went from going to a trash pile to looking brand new. The team saved me the money of having to replace my carpet by making my carpet new again. I'm astonished that they could bring life back to my carpet when I've had it done by other companies that didn't touch the job they did. I would recommend Smart Carpet to anyone.

Truly the best carpet cleaning service! I didn't want to deal with "wet" carpets and hours of letting them dry before I could let the dog in. When I read up on the service that Smart Carpet Cleaning offered, I figured I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! They were professional and did a fantastic job. The carpets were so clean and smelled heavenly. The best part, no wet carpets! I won't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them.

Do NOT hesitate to use this company! I had some well used carpet and a specific large pet stain that no matter what I tried, no matter what online trick I found, the stain would constantly come back. Attracting more dirt every time. Smart Carpet cleaned my carpets FIVE months ago and they still look perfect! The stain is permanently gone. I intentionally waited to write this review because I thought for sure it would show up again. Nope.
Then on top of the great clean, every employee I dealt with was super nice, professional and courteous. They did a great job and I'd highly recommend then to anyone.

Smart Carpet did a fantastic job at my dads house today. We had an appointment within a few days working to accommodate our schedule, they arrived on time and got right to work. They were done in about an hour and a half. Really good price for all the rooms they did for him too! He was so excited as he checked out all the rooms... he said that “it looks like I had new carpets installed”! Great customer service and friendly crew!
