We use Smart Carpet Cleaning for all of our rentals - they are amazing. When we thought carpets would have to be replaced, SCC was able to make them look brand new. Huge plus, they do not have the crunchy feeling carpet has after being cleaned. Carpets are always soft and smell amazing. Highly recommend!

Excellent work, carpets come out extremely clean. The scheduling widget makes scheduling carpet cleaning a breeze. I never have to wonder about the status of a job, I just log into my account & I can see the updated status at anytime. I've attached some before & after photos from 2 of the jobs they did. I would highly recommend them. Oh! And the black light inspection for pet urine damage is invaluable & very affordable. Great for management companies with pet friendly units. Every employee I have interacted with to date has been extremely professional & friendly. Try them out, you won't regret it.

The team that came to clean my home was very kind and respectful, so I have nothing against them personally. However, I was very disappointed with the method they used. All the pet hair was still left in the carpets. We paid $355 for this service, and they finished the entire house in about 40 minutes, but the results did not meet our expectations at all. Later, we hired another company — they charged half the price and spent about 3 hours cleaning, and the difference was night and day. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I also mentioned my dissatisfaction in an email, but I never received a response. Customer service should not work this way.

We have been using for our office carpet cleaning for a couple of years and they already do such an excellent job. 6 months ago, I asked them to clean our carpet when I found out they do home cleaning as well as commercial. We had some old stains that other cleaning services could not remove, but voila, they did. The cleaning time is a lot shorter, and the carpet dries much faster. (OK to walk on within 15-30 min) They use an upright vacuum-looking machines with round cloth discs. (the technology uses static electricity to pull dirt and so on from the carpet) Gabby is always accommodating my schedule and I can usually get them to come on the day/time I would like. Marlon came over today to do our living room/stairs, as we had some mud tracked in by dogs after the rain. He always does such a thorough job - my entry way rug came out so much cleaner and brighter! They are also reasonable, friendly and have great customer service. I highly recommend this company!

Good prompt service at reasonable price.

Nick did a great job removing an overgrown pine tree for us. From quote to completion was only 36hrs! He cleaned up the job site like it was his own property, kept us up to date on progress and was extremely professional. He also replaced two sprinkler heads for us.

Very nice and did an amazing job cleaning my areas i needed cleaning, plus he even went above and beyond cleaning the whole hall upstairs and the whole guest room as well and cleaned all my stairs, witch I wasnt expecting so that was very kind of him to do! If I could give him more then a 5 star I so would!!

Miguel came promptly to clean carpets after our move in. There were some stains left on the basement carpet, but he did such a thorough and good job that the carpets looked new upon completion! Miguel was very pleasant and made me feel at ease! I highly recommend!😊

My Technician was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for a stain that came back after the carpet was cleaned. I also asked him to reapply the deodorizer and he willing did just that! He clearly was willing to do what needed to be done to take care of the problem!! Highly recommend Stanley Steemer!

Scott did a terrific job on cleaning our carpet. He was thorough in explaining what he would do, letting us know what furniture would get foot protection and what didn’t require foot protection. We greatly appreciated the service Scott provided.
