I’ll give the DUWest crew a 5/5 as of a week in. From the initial consultation which lasted a few hours, (super in-depth) to the consultant Jeremy working with me every step of the way on getting the flexible payment plan created (18 months, no interest really helped us out) to the crew themselves coming out on time everyday and just working HARD. We had stone work done in the back and they were able to Jack hammer around the stone and save it for us when we went to put it back in ourselves. The cracks in our walls all but closed and the foundation should be set for life. Honestly they were done in 2 days, all the holes dug were filled and covered like it never happened and that’s that. I recommend them highly at this point. They also did significantly more work/pilings than Olshan was going to do for the same price with a better payment plan

They did not honor the "lifetime warranty" on my foundation that they repaired because of a varitey of technicalities. I bought my house trusting Du-West to live up to their word. Sadly, expect them to find ways to avoid warranty work. They had the nerve to offer me an inspection costing several hundred dollars... to inspect their own past work. The company seems to have changed hands and locations many times over the years within Texas, selling off parts to other business that subsequently go out of business, so they can claim the warranty doesn't exist anymore. Shady stuff. Do your research on this company's history and beware.

We had Tree Root Barriers and Foundation Water System installed. The team arrived on time worked all day and completed both jobs. Everything was put back as before they started. DuWest is now taking care & servicing our plumbing and A/C-Heat. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. Now our Lawn man can re-sod our lawn, which we have been holding off until these 2 jobs were complete.

Du West was very through examining my exterior and interior in order to diagnose my problem. The gentleman explained all the process to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend to all of my friends

Marcos and the crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. House was leveled and closed up many of the interior cracks. They took great care with the landscaping and sprinkler system and left the yard and sidewalks very clean. Thank you!

This is my second use of Du-West’s services for foundation leveling. The job performed at the first location prompted us to use their services at this location. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They restored the integrity of my home and did their best to restore the landscaping we had in place. Dealing with foundation issues is stressful. Du-West does their best to relieve your stress by providing a level of service you can depend on now and in the future. Finally, their warranty is the superior to other companies we’ve interviewed. Du-West is the best.

The entire experience, from start to finish, was perfect. Having to deal with a foundation problem is super stressful but Du-West put our minds at ease and kept us informed at all times. The employees were professional, appointments were kept and the job was completed on time. Best of all, the few cracks we had actually closed up and our yard looked like it did before they started. No one likes to face the reality of needing home foundation repair. We decided to get bids from three different companies and we definitely decided that Du-West would give us the best repair. We also received a very favorable review from close friends who had their foundation repaired approximately five years ago. From the time they entered our home to evaluate the foundation and give us a bid to the completed repair, they were totally professional. The other companies evaluated our foundation in approximately one hour. Du-West took three hours and measured walls, door frames and flooring inside and out. They treated our property with respect. During the process our outside looked like a war zone. After they finished, it was hard to tell they had been here.

Contracted Du-West for a new AC install and was very pleased with the whole process. Great job by all involved. Shoutout to Jed, Joe and Jay for their excellent customer service! Highly recommend Du-West!

Thank you DuWest and Jeremy. They fixed what the other company couldn't. Hindsight we should have gone with DuWest first. I would highly recommend them to anyone having foundation concerns. They wont tell you to fix something that doesnt need to be done. If your looking for foundation repair DuWest is the way to go.

I purchased a home that was under warranty from Du-West. I was trying to transfer warranty under my name and they didn't want to work with me. I was even willing to pay extra to get the warranty transferred. They said it was past their deadline which I was not aware of. The lady on the phone was very rude and sounded like she was ready to go to Whataburger for lunch. I even sent a letter requesting the transfer and got no response, not even a call. If they don't care to even call trust me they wont bother to honor their work either. Client beware!

I had a great experience with my foundation leveling and plumbing repairs. They did an incredible job protecting and reinstalling all my landscape features ( artificial turf, rock beds, planters, pavers, etc.). You’d never know they removed and reinstalled everything to tunnel under the house. Plus they were pleasant to work with.

I purchased the warranty repair package before the last two summer droughts. I also opted to have their plumbing division replace my outdated cast sewage piping since they were already digging in that area. The crews that did the original work were very profession and very easy to work with. I was amazed how the outside cracks came back together. I live in an area where my neighbors deal with a lot of movement and is a constant issue. Durming the last two droughts I have had some movement on one side of my house (garage). Both times Du West has honored the warranty and made timely adjustments. Each time the crews were in and out within a day and very happy with the adjustments that was performed. The cost is expensive but you get what you pay for. A company with great service, expert repairs, and a company that will still be there when you need them.

Du-west is a business that does quality work, from start to finish. I was truly impressed with the communication at the beginning compared to the other two I was talking to, which continued throughout. The elevating of my home was completed without a hitch after working through the city permit delays, which forced me to raise my home 27" vs the planned 12", and put my slab above grade. That nonsense now required me to relocate the gas meter, water lines then obtain HOA approval to construct a brick skirt around my home, which Du-West poured the footer for. The foreman answered every question I had and his men obviously knew what they were doing. I see other comments on their cleanliness, and I couldn't agree more. This was a weeks long project and the crews kept my place looking nice the whole way and left it as clean or cleaner than when they started.
I'm more than happy with the results.
At 69 years old, I've had dealings with many different contractors and these guys are top notch. As far as leveling or raising a home goes, I wouldn't look to anyone but Du-West. These people genuinely take pride in their work.

DuWest did exactly as they said. Setting up an appointment was easy, they arrived in a timely manner, did a thorough evaluation, presented the facts, offered multiple solutions to my problem, offered financial assistance, all in a friendly manner

Outstanding service. Angel was amazing, he took the time to do a very detailed analysis and spent time listening to my situation and answering all my questions. He also did a great job explaining everything and although thankfully I don’t need foundation work, I now know I have a foundation company I can trust in the future if I need anything. I will be sure to recommend you all to anyone who thinks they may need foundation work.

Joe Morris from Du-West was very professional and personable. He determined that the problems we are having has nothing to do with the foundation. He check measurements throughout the house and verified all doorways and floors were level. Very pleased.

I recently had extensive foundation work completed by DuWest. The company and its crews were extremely professional, competent, and knowledgeable. Though results are new, I believe the company did a great job from beginning to end in leveling my house...and with a lifetime warranty on the work completed. Upon completion, including the installation of root barriers, my yard and property were cleared and restored as best as possible to as it was before the work began.

Just received an evaluation of our 900 sq ft foundation. The young man, Angel, with 10 yrs experience representing Du-West was on time, thorough, informative and convincing. It took about one and a half hours for him to complete the measurements and another half hour to go over his findings, recommendations and quote. Time well spent.
We have not decided and are awaiting another quote, but we are definitely impressed with Du-West’s proposal and diligence.
