Had a wonderful experience with Du West. From the early engagement with Jeremy to the actual completion of the work with Jorge. Couldn’t recommend Du West enough. Gave multiple options and was helpful without being pushy on the front end and on the back end, showed up and worked quickly to get the job done and did a terrific job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend.

The work was done quick and efficiently, with a really good cleanup. the gaps and cracks in my home were improved immediately. Pricing was higher than other quotes, but lifetime warranty on the leveling is valuable. I would reccomend Du-West to others

This company rocks….from the moment of inspection which was so thorough and an education in itself…outstanding but the hardworking team who started this root barrier job (with the well planned and procedure of the inspector) to the finish at the days end of the crew. Unbelievable!!!! Everyone was prompt and friendly and excellent at their job. This team of workers made the ground upon finish look even better than before … 💕

Had someone come out to give me a quote for foundation repair and drainage solution for my front and back yard. Received a mapping of my homes high and low spots and they said they would get me a quote in a few days and it has now been almost a month. I call the rep, send texts and emails with no response. What a waste of my time and how very unprofessional.

We had a driveway leveled (raised) on 04/15/2025. The driveway looked great for several months then it started settling. I started calling in September to report the problem and take advantage of my one year warranty. It seems there is one lady in the office I had to speak with and though I left numerous messages I didn't get a call back. Finally I was able to speak with her and she wanted pictures of the "suspected settling" which I sent over the same day. I called back and finally she scheduled the General Manager to come look at the problem on 10/30/25. He said he would set an appointment to have the problem corrected. I've been calling ever since trying to speak with the lady. I finally was told the GM (man who came out) hasn't been in the office to turn in his paper work. That went on for 3 weeks. Today the lady said he knew what was needed on the job but their only truck was on a commercial job and wouldn't be available until the first week of December. I've lost 2 months of my warranty period with nothing happening. I've heard Jim Dutton for years on the radio and have always been impressed with his knowledge. It's hard to believe this is his company. I expected more. They are suppose to call the first week of December to set an appointment. Not holding my breath!

I noticed that the brick was pulling away from a window and suspected a foundation issue. Having listened to Mr. Dutton’s radio program for several years, Du-West Foundation Repair was the only company that I considered contacting for an evaluation, and I could not be happier with that decision. Everyone from Du-West that I interacted with, including the Estimator Jordan, Max and Bolita’s digging/lifting crew and the Supervisor Jorge, was courteous, professional and respectful of my property. Of special note was Max and Bolita’s crew. After reviewing the plans for the foundation repair they immediately went to work digging holes and then driving piles. The crew was very careful not to damage my fiber optic internet cable or the water lines for the sprinkler system. They also installed approximately 25 feet of root shield. After the work was completed their clean-up was exceptional. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Du-West to anyone that needed foundation repair services.

Technician ( Mike ) showed up on time and he was a nice guy. I noticed he came into our home to inspect with no shoe coverings and a 3 foot metal bubble level. Found it odd as he walked through the house he would tap it on my floor, looked like he used it as a walking stick. I mean we don't have carpet so was just not thrilled about the metal to floor contact over and over. The main issue was he didn’t bring any equipment to check the elevation level(s) of the house. His inspection technique was to place the level on a few door jambs and window sills in spite of seeing all the interior cracks. We showed him the exterior column movement on the load bearing front column and the stairstep brick crack at the window outside plus the freeze board movement at the front exterior entryway. He stated everything was ‘square’ and level so we didn’t have any foundation issues and should call an engineer out to see what’s going on. We were extremely disappointed as was the engineer we did in fact call to come out who commented he was also surprised no elevation readings were taken by DuWest. Since then, we have had elevation readings done by others, along with a structural engineer, and looks like it is a foundation issue evident via the elevation variances. We had high hopes and had called DuWest first only to feel the whole thing fell really flat and short.

The response provided was to be expected, but we stand by our review. There was no engineer involved until DuWest insisted one be contacted. To say my wife is a property manager is like saying Babe Ruth was just a baseball player. She is over all of the company's offices in 30 states. There was no misunderstanding. We appreciate the 'do over' offer, but DuWest is on the corporate 'no fly' list and the engineering company's as well. Rule #1: Never ever beg or chase a contractor for the chance to give them your money. Too many others out there that don't take the opportunity lightly.

One of the best concrete services that I have ever used. They are kind and ask if everything is ok if not they make it into your satisfaction. Try them out they are a really good service.

Jerry and team did a great job with two concrete projects. They were timely, communicative and professional.

I’ve been using dried eye landscaping for well over two years now. They are not enough great things to say about these guys that prompt they’re easy-going. They complete the job in great fashion and you’re easy on my pockets my family and I love the service and it’s very happy with all the service we receive.

We used this company to lay concrete in our backyard in May of 2024. We started noticing the concrete starting to crack in parts of the backyard. We haven’t even had the work done even 2 years and paid $6,000 to have the work done. We called them tans sent video and pictures of the cracked up concrete. The owner who did the work finally reached out and asked if we used de-icer over the last two winters. When, I told him yes because there was ice on the backyard patio, he stated that is why it was chipping and we should have used calcium based deicer. We were never informed nor in the contract NOT to use deicer during the first year of the concrete curing. Now we will have to pay someone to fix the issue or fix it ourselves. He didn’t even attempt to come out to look at it or offer any solutions.

The only thing to say is I only want to use this company for all my landscaping and maintenance needs. Their work is great!!!

Work has not been done. They are great at keeping appointments. The work to be done will start in the spring. Will keep you posted.

A great crew that did an awesome job. Very accommodating as the job changed. Would recommend to anyone needing outside work done.

Plans to work on our future fire pit but never shows up and does not explain why. I am very disappointed in their service I would appreciate at least a call explaining why they cannot come. They do not act very professional.

Nice Gentleman came out and took a look at what our needs are in the backyard after we had some Trees removed in Lansing, off Lange St. It's too late in the Season to really start. Hoping we can agree to a plan and get things lined up for 1st. thing next spring.

Great customer service Rigoberto is very professional and was very knowledgeable in making the front our home look better than it did before. We will be contacting him for future landscaping projects.
