Had someone come out to look at removing bring and finishing large patio area in concrete. Was told I'd get estimate later that day. I called next day after hearing nothing and was told it would be Monday. More days went by so I texted. They asked what the address was and I told them. Never heard anything again. Poor communication, no estimate, and just a bunch of wasted time. I guess they don't want to work.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Christian and Armadillo Concrete Resurfacing. Initially, everything seemed professional, and the quotes were competitive. However, the problems began shortly after hiring them.

First and foremost, they installed contaminated concrete.
Christian said he would fix the issue . He never responded back to my calls, text or emails.

The most alarming issue arose when I decided to double-check the contractor's license due to the growing concerns about the problem . To my shock, I discovered that Armadillo concrete Resurfacing was using a license from a company called Central Valley Concrete. The owner of Central Valley Concrete will be reporting Christian for using his license. This is not just unethical but illegal, I have suffered a considerable financial loss that now needs further attention from a legitimate, licensed professional.

Please, if you're considering hiring Armadillo Concrete Resurfacing Verify licenses and credentials thoroughly. My experience with Christian has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.

After this earlier post, the garage epoxy finish they installed started to peel and crack in 2 months . Christian didn't know what happened and sent me a text that he would reimburse the payment. He doesn't respond to my calls or voicemail. He has been telling me " I'm a man of my words", unfortunately he is just a man that can talk but with poor skills. He can come up with all the excuses and give you empty promises. I will refrain myself from leaving comments on the concrete replacement he did with this project. Get the hint.... He will tell you his experience and show you photos, don't fall for his pleasant manner, he doesn't have the skills to back his words. You will like to be disappointed!

I was having a hard time, finding a contractor, that specialized in concrete and landscaping. I came across Armadillo Concrete Resurfacing, I was thrown off by one bad review in particular and it made me question and was curious to find out what happened since all of the other reviews are great! I called him and asked him directly why did he have a negative review… he explained to me the situation sending me proof that client lied on the rating i then decided to move forward with him. I felt he was very genuine and honest, Long story short I’m very happy for the work Chris and his crew did at my home. I received a violation for my concrete sidewalk. I called Eden General Construction and they took care of the violation and did an amazing job! They have now done probably 5 or 6 other jobs on the block. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest contractor.

I received DOT Sidewalk Violation from the transport department, and the penalty was due in 5 hours. I panicked as the penalty amount was high, and there was no survival way. But through their Facebook page, I came across the “Instant Sidewalk Repair Service” of Eden Concrete Contractors NYC, and that was it. They removed that violation notice, fixed my sidewalk on an urgent notice of 5 hours and relieved my stress. Fantastic crew!

They stayed on top of the process from scheduling the work date to putting through the inspection request and providing me with updates along the way. We really appreciated that they make every effort to correct any wrongs and we felt secure being guaranteed for their work and reassurance that our sidewalk violation will be cleared. Recommended!
