I recently had concrete work done by RC Concrete. I could not be more happier with the results. Not only was Joe and his crew professional, they kept the area they were working at clean. Joe answered all of my questions. I have worked with other contractors in the past that never return a phone call or could not be reached. Joe always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. I will definitely be using RC concrete again on a future project.

#1.My first impression when the first time Joe came to our house to do the measurements is that he is very responsive, knowledgeable, easy to approach and always on time.

#2.He gave his professional opinions and suggestions. He explained to us the work process that he is going to do in details.

#3. The contract shows clear description of work items along with the price.

#4. Every time I asked him or texted him about the project, he always answered all the questions and concerns with details explanation.

#5. Joe brought his team came to work to the house for several days, they are very friendly people, great attitude, skillful, professional, and neat.
They are cleared the debris and cleaned up everything on the yard everyday at the end of the day.

#6. Also Joe is very helpful. I asked him if he knows someone who can install a wall mount range hood. He immediately recommended one of his friends who has lots of experiences in range hood. I am satisfied with the end result & great service that his friend provided.
This project would not be accomplished without Joe's help.

Trustworthy, Professional & quality work! I couldn't be more pleased with the concrete work that RC Concrete did on one of my investment properties. The driveway came out far better than what I had envisioned. I highly recommend Joe and RC Concrete!

Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on our driveway! They were right on time each day. The work area was kept tidy and the polite and professional team worked extremely well together. We were very pleased with their expertise in solving the water drainage issues we’ve had. The finished job couldn’t be better. We will be having them back when we revamp our patio.

Joe and his team reflect the highest levels of craftsmanship and integrity. My impression was reinforced by the opinions of every City Engineer and Inspector on the site I visited beforehand and during the work on my home including a driveway, sidewalk section, driveway approach/apron, and monolithic curb and gutter. He integrated the front porch section with a side of house drain system that will tie into the rain gutter and replaced a section of the rear patio. Every recommendation he made was offered with integrity and care for the quality of the work, its longevity, and the well-being of my family and our home. The overall job and changes were all priced very fair. I selected Joe based on multiple bids, competitive pricing, and the attention to detail in the scope of his work. As I water down the concrete as part of the post-care for the next 7 days, he has visited to check on its condition, continuing to advise and care about his work and my family. So far, the water flows incredibly well reflecting the quality and ensuring longevity. In the bidding process, he listened attentively and developed great solutions, offering revisions to ensure the end result satisfied all requirements. I watched him and his team use all of the measurement tools of the trade to ensure a high-quality final result. RC Concrete Engineering is a hard-working family operation. Larger firms tried to dazzle me with the words of their proposals. RC Concrete Engineering impressed with their straightforward approach and craftsmanship. If they cannot do something, they will advise, as well. Again, integrity. I give them my highest recommendation.

RC Concrete is very precise with their work and they got everything done in a timely manner. They helped coordinated with us a concrete /block wall job with new gates for my elderly father in law while we were out of state. Anthony had it happen while my wife visited to see the work, timing it perfectly. Anthony is very easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly and throughly. I’m incredibly impressed with the work Joe and his crew did on my rental property. They completed the entire driveway and additional patio area in just three days, start to finish!

During demo, they discovered old leaking sprinkler pipes that needed to be replaced before concrete could be poured. Joe didn’t skip a beat—he immediately got a plumber out and had everything fixed quickly, with no delay to the project timeline. That kind of problem-solving and efficiency is rare and truly appreciated.

Joe also went above expectations with the little things. I asked him to throw out a small palm tree, but he saved it and replanted it in the garden—it now looks amazing! He even fixed a screen door without me asking. On top of that, since I don’t live on-site, Joe sent daily photo updates and stayed in constant communication, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

Their pricing was very competitive and fair. I got several quotes that were insane.

If you want someone who’s reliable, responsive, fast, and detail-oriented, Joe is the one to hire. I highly recommend him and would absolutely work with him again.

Worst most unprofessional company to work with. Terrible work on our stamped concrete sidewalk and steps. Read all reviews including Angie’s List. There are photos of the horrible work that Matthew Thouin’s company did. A nightmare !
