Modular home builders need accurate foundations. Soucy does that for us, their easy to work with and our customers appreciate his clean finish and competitve pricing.

We needed our retaining walls done and we contacted Soucy Concrete and they did a great job. I recommend them for any concrete work. Reasonable and respond pretty fast.

Tom is just an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anybody. His guys are excellent workers very clean very efficient, kind and respectful in the type of people that are really hard to find. On top of it his cement work is beyond excellent. We used Tom to do several out-of-the box projects to create the hardscape for our home. I will discuss his responsiveness, his attitude, his design sense, and the quality of his work. The short of it is, I could not be happier with all of the dimensions of his work.

First, we called around and got a few estimates. Many did make time in their schedules to do it. Tom's office said, "send us a photo of the area and a description, and we'll get back to you.." Tom popped by later that day, his estimate was the best we had heard, and he is such a pleasant person we decided to stop looking and go with him. It didn't hurt that when we asked around town no one had a bad word to say about him and we could see excellent work in many places.

My wife had a vision of what she wanted. A curving path leading to our front door. Tom worked with her. He and his team moved the forms around until she loved it, in no small part because of Tom's eye and experience. Tom's team were also pleasant, and during the day, Tom would go from job to job keeping track of everything and making sure all his customers were getting exactly what they wanted.

The finished product is stunning. We often see people stopping in front of our house to look at it. We could not be happier with it. We are looking forward to having Tom do our back patio.

One additional thing. We have a concrete fountain and I broke part of it. We were crushed and I had no idea what to do. I called Tom and he said, "we can put Humpty Dumpty together again." One of his staff glued it together and carefully painted the cracks, and it was perfect. I could never express how grateful I an to him for doing that.

The point of mentioning this is that Tom and his team have mastered concrete to a degree most of us will never even understand. His communication skills and empathy let us partner with him some of that magic our own. It certainly happened for us.

I was 100 per cent thrilled with the concrete work by Ralston. The work was artistic and many great options for design were offered to us by Tom Ralston himself. Let me first off start by saying if you need quality concrete work done, you should look no farther than Tom Ralston Concrete, they were amazing from start to finish. From the first phone call when I reached out to their office with minimal information about the project, they were kind and responsive, and Tom himself took the time to immediately come out and look at our job. The project ended up being much larger and more complex than we had originally anticipated, and Tom and his crew worked tirelessly to properly address all hurdles and keep us informed every step of the way. The end result of our new pathway, garage floor and driveway was better than we had hoped for, and we could not have done it without Tom Ralston and his crew, thank you!!
