These guys suck worst company in so cal slow shitty quality behind schedule on projects most the time don’t even show up

Great operation -- CCD was great to work with. They showed up on time, were transparent on their quote, worked with me on my project timelines, ran an efficient operation, left an immaculate job site, and went the extra step multiple times throughout the project. For example, during site work, instead of just cleaning off the dirt and debris on my property after soil removal, they made sure any dirt in the street gutter of neighboring properties was washed away. From cradle to grave, CCD excelled at every stage of the project.

Completely blocked my driveway and refused to move their trucks so I could get out, foreman on site was very unprofessional about it

Driveway came out great! I would recommend this company for driveway work. They addressed all of my concerns and worked with me on all issues.

New driveways, sidewalks, pool and patio, sheds. Jake is a very good man. And the men that work for him do great job. Hope to use him again.

We’ve had our 60’x12’ patio for about a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The guys showed up when they said they’d be there, they were professional, they cleaned up and they did great work! We highly recommend them and will be using them again real soon.

JTC did a through job of following up on his quote. When the project was supposed to start April 5. Jake and his men were leading off the project .This was a very important point because the project involves four (4) other contractors, All working together whose purpose is to this project in and on time .

Jake has done work for us twice now. The process was great both times. I highly recommend him for any concrete work you may need.

Jake, was the best did an unbelievable job stamped cobblestone, colored concrete and a year later the job looks like new. always on time all workers were polite and professional. cant say enough about this company but defiantly use them they are that good! sorry it took a year to write this but better late then never and the driveway which is Hugh looks like he did it yesterday!

Got several estimates for a concrete driveway and sidewalk repair/replacement. Other contractors simply quoted the cost of repairing and replacing damaged areas of my driveway. Jake took the time and effort to identify the underlying causes of the damage and engineered creative solutions to ensure that the same problems would not persist. The job was completed on time as scheduled and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommended!!

Wouldn't recommend due to overall poor communication, but the finished driveway looks good and will hopefully last. Met with Jake in late June and decided to contract them after discussing the project completion in September. He pre-blamed the timeline on the city saying they may drag their feet with the permitting for "a couple of weeks" (seemed to be his go to timeline). However, permitting was the quickest process of the project, taking no more than a business week to approve.

Since Jake mentioned preparing the paperwork, measurements, etc. to the city may take a month with their current projects, we waited until the middle of August (month and a half later) on a Friday to call for a status update after not hearing anything from JTC. Jake answered on vacation to say he didn't have an update and would call back on Monday. Called back to confirm he will be conveniently submitting the permit that day and then proceeds to tell us the driveway will most likely be completed in October............

They started work a week after the permit approval (in September thankfully) and of course Jake quickly asked for the final payment without a "thank you for your business", or "sorry for bursting your water line while working", or even letting us know when we can drive on it, or having the decency to remove the temporary stick and caution tape almost two weeks later.

Jake came out in a timely manner to give us a quote to replace our culvert and widen our driveway. Once the permit was received the work was completed and the results were great. Very happy with our decision to go with JTC Concrete.

JTC Concrete Plus is a local business that absolutely deserves all the support. I absolutely had an awesome experience with Jake & Crystal’s communication, professionalism, and efficiency. The crew was also very pleasant and informative whenever I spoke with them. I really appreciate that they also kept my property clean after every work day. Thank you for making my envisions of my home appear in real life. I look forward to having more home improvements in the near future.
