We had a truly excellent experience hiring Smart View Construction for a full backyard overhaul that took about six months from beginning to end. Due to the topography of our backcountry North County property, this was a relatively complicated project that included constructing retaining walls, adding many tons of fill, and also crafting several patios and sets of steps. Also included in our project was the installation of built-in lighting and the construction of a BBQ island. Anibal is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and he made thoughtful recommendations throughout the process as the project evolved. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. I highly recommend considering Smart View for any project involving concrete, particularly if it is a complex project that requires a creative eye.

Anibal and his crew did an outstanding job on my back patio. Anibal was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and the pricing was more than fair. They had to “rescue” a botched demolition job to begin with, including the repair and painting of damaged stucco. Anibal then helped with the quartz design, scheduled and poured the new concrete, created concrete caps on the walls, repaired drains, and returned to seal it all. He and his conscientious crew showed pride in their work, and I am delighted with the result. I highly recommend Smart View Concrete and Construction!!

I am so glad that I hired Anibal and Smart View Construction for our back yard project. The work was excellent, when I added the pergola after the concrete work was done, my buddy commented that the measurements we way more precise than what he is used to dealing with when it comes to concrete contractors. Through the process, Anibal was communicative and went above and beyond, even sticking to the original contract when unexpected costs and issues came up. Other companies have tried to renegotiate with me in the past, but Anibal took care of the extra costs himself and never complained. The result, as you can see from the pictures, is beautiful. I highly recommend Smart View Construction and will personally used them again in the future.

Called me back and got me an estimate immediately. Great communication on job start and progress. Worked hard to accommodate my requests. Lower bid than other estimates. TOP quality work.

It takes quite a bit of 'No customer service' for me to write a negative review. Contacted Kersten and left a message of which Jenny returned my call and setup for Dustin to come out and give a bid on installing eight concrete anchors within the gravel to secure a tuff shed install. Dustin stated it would be a few days before i would see the bid in my email. It has been 17 days since he came out and still no email . I had called and left a message for Dustin to give me a call, but no response. Dustin seemed like a very personable professional and could tell he knows his business well by reading the positive reviews. Just very unrespectful to leave a customer hanging with no communication.

The number listed isnt for dispatch but a direct line to an owner I believe, he was so kind and quick to help. I called for a last minute concrete coring service at a hospital close by. They were able to get us scheduled and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Compared to every other place I have called today this company is operated by saints! I was helped by Carl, so if you'd like to show your brother this review please let him know I am so thankful!
