Anibal, the owner of Smart View Concrete, interpreted my drawings and worked with me to improve upon my design. Anibal has a great design sense! His hard working crew diligently constructed a complex retaining wall with lighted stairs, front patio area, 3-car driveway, and side yard slab. And did so in a beautifully detailed manner… and we a very picky! We used Sierra colored concrete with a recommended .3 TopCast finish. Anibal supervised every phase and showed up as agreed, so we always knew what to expect and could prepare. The process of demolition and construction is inherently a dirty job and our job was large, Anibal’s crew kept the job site as tidy as possible and were respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. Anibal structured a detailed estimate that translated into a contract outlining progress payments that was extremely fair. We couldn’t be happier of all aspects of the job, the professionalism of the process and the end result. We get compliments every time we’re outside doing yard work on how nice our hardscape looks from passer’s by. We’re extremely confident in recommending Smart View Concrete and plan to use them for installing our backyard hardscape soon.

Anibal and his crew did a great job! They concreted my side yard, and leveled out a pad for my spa. Quality workmanship, let me know what was going on along the way. When the job was completed they cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess. they didn’t cut corners, and the left the job in great shape! If there were ten stars I would give them to Anibal and his Smart View crew. Anibal immediately responded to my call for an estimate on the concrete slab foundation and surrounding concrete walkways along with grading and utility trenching needed for the ADU I was building in my backyard. He answered my many questions and gave me a detailed estimate that was extremely reasonable. I interviewed six other contractors for this job and went with Anibal because of his responsive communication, excellent reviews, familiarity with working with the city in the inspection process and fair price. This was the slab foundation of our ADU, the critical beginning of the project after all, and I wanted the very best people doing this work. Hands down, I made the right choice! When Anibal says he and his crew will show up, they are there and right on time. I've worked with several contractors on this project and Anibal gets first place for reliability and punctuality, always being there when he says he or his crew will. They work quickly but there is no compromise in quality. They do fast, efficient, high quality work in all they do. They clean up after themselves and keep the work site free of debris. Anibal is a good, hands-on leader with tremendous respect for his team. They did an outstanding job on our concrete foundation and walkways. You can't go wrong with Smart View. I am appreciative of their awesome work and recommend them every chance I have!

Anibal and his crew from Smart View Construction were so great to work with. We had them do our entire foundation including footings, stem walls, driveway, and sidewalk. The quality of their work was excellent. The design of my project had a lot of unique challenges and Anibal coordinated with my architect, my other subs, and the city inspector to make sure the job was done right.

The project finished on time and on budget. His knowledge and experience is rarely found in today's construction industry so I was very fortunate to have him work on our project. These guys did an excellent job finishing out our patio that was previously only partially paved. We wanted to add additional usable space to our back patio and the workmanship they put in was great! They went above and beyond to make sure the patio would look nice and we are very satisfied with the finished work. Would highly recommend this company.
