I have used Zeolla for several projects and I would highly recommend their services. Emilio and the team are fantastic to work with.

Emilio went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot a tricky situation with a failing existing foundation. In addition to the original scope of replacing the driveway and pouring an exposed aggregate porch, he demo'd the existing foundation, excavated, poured new footings, installed a block foundation wall and finished it off with an amazing exposed aggregate cap.

In addition to the above, they installed a new brushed concrete driveway and an additional exposed aggregate porch cap.

The finish work is absolutely perfect. The entire team operates with a level of professionalism and commitment to quality that is rare in the industry.

I had waited 30 years to be able to afford to replace my old, broken down blacktop driveway. Zeolla put in two driveways and a sidewalk to the garage all at a very affordable price. When it rains the water flows where it's supposed to and there are no puddles anywhere. The whole crew is friendly, professional and easy to get along with. I'm very happy with the whole job.

Comparing that to the quality of work, Zeolla Construction is clearly a high value company for anyone in need of their services. The communication from start to finish and even after were just what we were looking for . A smaller company with a large impression. We are so pleased with the work we had been able to get done with them this season. Neighbors on our street were especially pleased that our street wasn’t occupied with large and noisy equipment for weeks . It only took a few days to get all the prep and finish work for our concrete to be laid down. I’m happy to mention I stand at my front door and just admire the amazing and clean work still to this day. I highly recommend working with this family owned business. We cannot remember the last time we had such exemplary service from a contractor as we've just had from Zeolla Construction. They put in a modest-sized patio in our backyard -- with a gigantic emphasis on quality. The crew was uncommonly polite, friendly, and clearly enjoying what they do so well. Zeolla Construction was hired to pour a concrete foundation for our upcoming home addition. From the first meeting Emilio and his team were friendly, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. He explained every step of the process, presented options for how to minimize any impact to the surrounding areas, and stuck to the schedule he communicated to us. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. I would absolutely hire Zeolla Construction again in the future.

Emilio and his Dad and crew were phenomenal from start to finish! They replaced our crumbling brick porch with a spacious stamped concrete masterpiece!! We enjoyed working with them. We would highly recommend them.

I contacted Zeolla to replace sinking sidewalk next to my garage. Even though it was a small job, I was still a priority and the job was completed within a good time frame. Their price was much better than other estimates I received. They also checked the nearby downspout drain pipe for leaks and used reinforcing rods attached to the house in order to ensure the problem doesn't occur again. Both of these were things other companies said they did not know anything about. They used a good amount of compacted stone and reinforcing wire. The job was completed with meticulous care. The owner and workers are professional, positive, attentive to questions and above all, incredibly kind. After recommending them to my neighbor for a much larger job, I can say that job was completed with just as much attention to detail and quality. They are THE company to use for concrete. Very happy customer here!
