Emilio made me and my wife's dream driveway come to fruition, we couldn't have asked for a better contractor.He and his crew pay great attention to detail and they did an amazing job for us. He always made sure we were happy with the progress as the project went on and gave us plenty of options. He kept us well informed at all times, including on how to care for my driveway and stamping for years to come. Emilio and his crew were very polite and professional.

Spot on every time! The Zeolla crew has now completed 4 jobs for me. This time I needed a basic stone pad to place my new shed on. Seems like a simple enough task, but it's always the details that are critical. When the delivery service dropped off the shed, they anticipated needing to level it once it was in place. Apparently they rarely encounter a perfectly level work surface. When it came off the trailer, the installer was shocked. The bubbles don't lie, perfectly level at every corner. Being able to put a 18' x 20' stone pad, completely level, on uneven ground, speaks volumes about the quality of work you can expect from Zeolla Construction. And as always, the crews are kind, respectful, and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Emilio and his crew did an excellent job on my concrete work. He did everything we asked for and completed the job very fast. My wife is very critical and she was very happy with the outcome. That makes me happy because if she’s not happy then well you know. Just to clarify I wear the pants in the house when she’s not home

We reached out to Zeolla and several other contractors for concrete work, which included expanding our driveway and adding/removing concrete in our backyard after our deck was installed. Emilio was very responsive and provided us with different options in our backyard. He was very knowledgeable and had a good price point so we went with him, and we are so happy we did. He and his crew were professional, respectful, and hard working.

We ran into an issue with existing concrete that was causing water to drain into our foundation. Emilio explained various ways to resolve the issue and was able to fix it. It meant a much longer day for his crew but they put in the work with no complaints. They also installed the plate for our in-ground basketball hoop.

The end product was exactly what we wanted and looks great. We can already tell the rainwater is flowing away from the house and the family is loving that basketball hoop! Thanks to Emilio and his crew, they did great work and Emilio himself was great to work with.

Emilio and his crew did the most gorgeous stamped concrete patio off the back of my house! They also tore out a horrible sidewalk that was on the side of my garage leading up to the patio. I was blown away when I walked outside to see it. They worked til sun up and sun down to get it done in two days. They are very hard working and so professional. If you want beautiful concrete work this is who you need to call.

Emilio and his team replaced much of our hardscape including a new driveway, garage floor and walkways. Aside from their quality workmanship, I was equally impressed by their professionalism, reliability and honesty. We’d been looking for a reputable concrete company for a couple years to do a back patio for us but were having a hard time with ridiculous quotes and large companies who considered it too small of a project. Zeolla was our 5th quote and came in at a very reasonable price - a few hundred more than our lowest quote but what made us comfortable was how long they’d been in business.

Every other company was scheduling months out, but Emilio said another customer of theirs delayed a project they were supposed to start the following day and told me he could do ours instead. The timing worked out perfectly. We’re beyond happy with how it turned out. Emilio is also extremely personable, easy to work with, and you can tell he actually cares about customer satisfaction. He didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want. Highly recommend for all of your concrete needs and would use them again in the future.

Emilio and his team repaired the apron of my driveway. From tear out to completion, they were timely and professional. They communicated well and explained what they were doing along the way. My wife and I recently had our blacktop driveway replaced and widened, a walkway installed along the side of the garage and a 10’ x 12’ shed pad poured in the backyard. We couldn’t have been happier with Emilio and the Zeolla construction team. Here’s why……

• Knowledgeable - Explained to us why they used certain building materials for their work. Asked questions and offered suggestions on how to divert any standing water that may have existed at the end of our existing driveway.

• Professional - Emilio was willing to speak to the town highway inspector and shed installer regarding their specific requirements. Anything that we asked to be performed for our project was completed and never forgotten.

• Responsive - Communication is key when working on a project. Emilio responded to all of our emails, calls and texts within a timely manner not only during the project but afterwards.

• Quality Workmanship - Everything looks great and no standing water exists on either the sidewalk or driveway. We have had so many positive comments from our neighbors. Even the shed installer commented on the quality of work for our 10 x 12 pad. We had a total of 4 inspections performed, 3 for the concrete pad (2 from town building inspector, 1 from shed installer) and 1 for the widened apron by the town highway department. I was never worried and all passed the first time.

• Patient - I am meticulous and by the book kind of person. Emilio was patient with me while I worked with him and the town building and highway departments to make sure we were within code. He was also willing to come to our house for a second measurement after we changed our initial driveway design. Lastly, we requested 1 additional driveway block be replaced the day before the concrete was poured, he said it was no problem.

We are looking forward to working with Emilio on our patio in 2024 and would highly recommend Zeolla Construction.

Zeolla Construction was a great overall experience! I had a 9x11 concrete slab poured for a shed and also had my driveway widened in Lancaster, NY. Emilio was who I spoke with initially and interacted with the entire operation in which he was responsive, concise and listened to what my objective was. I liked that when I had questions I dealt with Emilio directly and not a middle man which I highly prefer. He gave me his professional input from his wealth of experience which was a valuable resource in making a decision for my driveway dimensions. I had to be granted a variance from the town due to drainage swells and property lines. Emilio and his crew were very attentive to pouring according to the dimensions, came up with a plan to keep the drainage operating 100% and was able to pitch the driveway in a way that didn't interfere with my neighbors drainage as well. Emilio kept it fun and asked if we wanted handprints of my children, spouse and I since we moved into the home recently which I hadn't thought of. I did this as a kid as well so was cool to have that. He is curing my driveway in a couple weeks and looking forward to the final product. Cant recommend this company enough!

Outstanding work from start to finish. Communication was established early and continued throughout the entire process. The crew was outstanding and level of work performed exceeded our expectations. We had a difficult front porch area that had to be replaced. Extreme care was taken in the removal to insure the existing brick was not damaged. The end result suggested and the attention to detail given gave the final product the WOW factor we were looking for. Highly recommend this company for any/concrete work needed.
