Horrendous experience. Unprofessional crew. Took 4-5 weeks for what should have been a 7-10 day job. Consistently blamed the customer for their mistakes. Cursed out my neighbor, damaged his fence, and refused to pay for it. And almost two months after the job was finished and paid for, sent me a quote with random additional charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely my best experience with any contractor, work was done efficiently and in a timely manner, We had the owner Rick even overseeing the pour and the work to ensure absolute precise quality and i feel thats what really sets this company apart from other contractors. You wont find another company that cares more about their expectations than MCI!! Overall super happy with how the concrete and the patio turned out would recommend to friends or family or anyone looking to get a job done right!

MCI Construction does amazing concrete work! We’ve had a few patios installed by them and they did a beautiful job, impressive!

M.C.I. Is the absolute best! Reach out to Rick for a quote on replacing my driveway, he get me a quote fast. The quote was for replacing the apron, cracked sidewalk and all the black top (leaving the back section of concrete for later replacement). Once demo day came, Rick came out again with a few guys, went over the plan with his guys then asked why he wasn’t removing the back concrete? He suggested replacing all of it due to water problems that can cause damage to the new driveway. He was able to give me the extra price right there and I couldn’t refuse the offer. He also recommend a bubbler system to catch the down spouts and sump pump. His guys were able to tench to the street and work with my plumber on getting everything completed. Few days of rain put halt on pouring sooner but his guys were there rain or shine leveling, setting up forms and just getting everything ready for the pour. Once the pour day came, they were heard at 7:30 and didn’t leave till 4:30 ish. 3 trucks of concrete, they were able to pour the entire thing. Came back the next day to remove the forms and the day after that for cutting the concrete. I am super happy with the final product. I already talked with Rick about replacing my front porch and back patio later in the season. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the guys who work here.

We met Rick at the Buffalo Home Show and had great ideas! He came out to our home, gave us an estimate with his suggestion of design and colors. Wow, we are very happy! Communication was great, followed up with everything, cleaned up and left our property workable. We loved his work so much, we hired him to also do an extension on our driveway. Very nice company to hire and all the workers are hard working and professional. We will definitely use them again for additional concrete work.

Rick and his guys did an incredible job on our concrete patio and pool deck. Everyone was hard working and if I had any questions Rick was available to answer them. Rick makes sure everything is done perfectly and the area was cleaned up and spotless after they left. I would highly recommend MCI.

We contracted with MCI in the winter of 2024/25 to place a patio off of our deck and remove and replace our driveway. Rick was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and prescriptive with advice. They installed a stamped concrete patio, ran natural gas lines for our eventual outdoor kitchen and fireplace in our yard. They also removed and replaced our driveway, steps and sidewalks and added the proper drainage. We had some changes to the scope of the work and the crew was beyond accommodating. For what it’s worth, when it was go-time, they brought a small army of a crew who were professional, polite and also easy to work with. I’d recommend working with this team on any project and am happy we chose them out of all the options available.

Rick and team understand how to pour concrete. Our retaining wall and pool patio had multiple slopes with drainage drains. The coping pool edge with a stamped stained boarder looks fantastic. Our projects required more attention to details than typical flat work. MCI got the job done right! We will hire them again for our driveway.
