On the strength of their other exemplary Google reviews, we approached Zeolla Construction in early 2024 regarding a large concrete project.

SCOPE
We needed our former blacktop driveways removed, and then replaced with a new concrete driveway and sidewalk. We also requested soil and seed so that we would be left with a finished product when all was said and done.

TIMELINE
We started discussions in February, finalized our agreement in April. Excavation began in early May, the driveway and sidewalk were poured in mid-May. The finishing treatment was applied in mid-June, and the soil and hydroseed were applied in mid-July.

THE ZEOLLA TEAM
Emilio and his team were great to work with. They are very hard-working and detail-oriented. Emilio's dad started the business many years ago, and it was inspiring to watch his work ethic and craftmanship. Emilio himself is a very talented and versatile guy, and we enjoyed working with him very much. He put our minds to ease every time we spoke, which is ultimately why we decided to do business with Zeolla.

FINAL PRODUCT
We are extremely pleased with the final result so far. The driveway and sidewalk came out fantastic. Comparing pre- to post-, it looks like a completely different property to be honest! The soil and grass seed are a work-in-progress, but seem to be coming along nicely. The seed was planted later in the season than planned, so we were "upgraded" to hydroseed which was nice. We've been watering and fertilizing religiously since the dirt/seed were applied in an effort to optimize our results.

THE VERDICT
We are pleased with our choice to work with Zeolla Construction, and would definitely recommend them and work with them again, ourselves. Just like their signs say...."Frig'n Mint, baby!"

We decided to install snow melt system in our driveway so it was a complicated job and we knew we had to choose the right Concreat company. We did our
research and found Zeolla Construction. His company had a lot of experience pouring concrete over snow melt Systems. This company worked with Climate King Heating Cooling assuring that the job was done correctly by his experience. They did a perfect job replacing our driveway, walkway and Sidewalks. It’s nice to see that a father and son running a concrete company working together to get the job done. They worked long hours and many days to complete this project. I couldn’t say thanks enough and would suggest using this company for any concrete replacements.

Frank and his team were amazing to work with! The finished product was amazing, the work was done according to plan and the prices were more than fair! Highly recommend!

Skilled and professional. We had an aggregate walkway / outdoor patio a few summers back. It still looks like it did a couple of days after the job. The end results speak to his craftsmanship and his patience to keep coming back because the weather conditions weren't as favorable as he wanted for a concrete pour. The need doesn't come often, but when we need to have some concrete work done, we'll be coming back to Frank.

I called frank and within a few days he was at my house for an estimate. I hired him to put drainage in for my pool, run a line for my sump pump and gutter drainage. I was so happy with his work I hired him for a new driveway. I now recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work.

This guy is Great. Had a problem with a pitted concrete patio ready to tear it out the contractor did a terrible job. Seen an ad for Construction Artisian Enterprises online and gave him a call see what he says. Well am I glad I did problem solved and it looks great. When Andrea first came I told him I was nervous about hiring contractors. He spent over an hour assuring me that he is not like that and the process he uses for the job. Well one think that I have to say Andrea is a man of his word he even came back a month later to put a finishing sealer on. It looks FANTASTIC. Today coming on Google I noticed part of his motto was "WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS" this is no lie. When he left I felt I made a new friend that I could call on if their were any issues with his work which I doubt there will be. He is a man who really earns his pay. Even a neighbor was walking by my house seen the job and already Andrea finished house.Thanks again Andrea and crew

Andy was very choral and completed my countertops in the quoted time his professionalism and quality was remarkable would definitely recommend him for all your countertop needs i went with the epoxy and im.very satisfied

​DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would.
​What started as a concrete project turned into a complete nightmare for my parents. This company brought in heavy machinery—bulldozers and excavators—and completely decimated the backyard. They didn't just "tear up" the grass; they left the yard in a "disgusting, ruined state."
​The Greed: After destroying the yard, the owner had the audacity to charge my parents nearly $3,000 extra just to "repair" the damage his own team caused. He promised them a lush, green lawn and "guaranteed" the work.
​The Result: It is now mid-April, and instead of the grass we were promised last summer, we have nothing but brown dirt and a total disaster zone. (See the attached photos—the images speak for themselves). It is one of the worst backyards I have ever seen.
​The Lack of Character: The owner is a complete liar. We have called him four times. He answered once, promised to address the issue within a week, and has since gone completely MIA. It’s been over a month with zero follow-up.
​They took the money, made grand promises to two seniors, and then abandoned them with a ruined property. Save your money and your sanity—hire someone with actual ethics.

MCI did a great job with our concrete needs! Very helpful, and completed ontime for us to use our inground pool! We get a lot of compliments too! I highly recommend them!

Rick and the team were incredible to work with, on-time, professional and high quality of work. You know when the owner is onsite working side-by-side with the crew there is a lot of pride and ownership in the outcome. I’d recommend 10/10 times!

They made efforts to correct their mistakes throughout the entire process but overall just super unimpressed with the level of experience they brought to our concrete job. The quality of work is alright (the sealer is inconsistent/ almost hazy and milky and there are tons of chips/ cracks along saw lines) the guys working the job site were exceptional! The experience with Matt their sales person was misleading, no truthful, full of excuses and misinformation. Check the numbers, check the sq ftg. charge and check the details included in the job by him. Better yet just try to work direct with the owner if possible.

In the beginning we were happy with the work that they did. It was a big job and they completed it in a timely manner. The concrete had a warranty as well which was a bonus. We sealed the driveway with the product that was required and as winter came we noticed pitting , first in the apron then up the driveway. As per the warranty I contacted MCI a number of times. It wasn't until late May that I got any kind of response. The company only replied when I reached out to them and oftentimes through my neighbor (they were doing work for him at the time). MCI gave me a letter from the supplier with no feedback. I finally got a brief email after my lawyer sent them a letter.

The only reason MCI gets a 2 is that the were on time, did a nice demolition and were done on time.

The owner turned to a ghost when I had a concern and NEVER spoke about it. It was a few text messages. He never responded to the lawyer either.Never again.

We absolutely LOVE our new concrete patio! The whole team was great to work with and extremely responsive to questions and messages. It's held up well through the winter and we can't wait to spend the summer enjoying it!
