They did a fantastic job on my walkway. Because my house is set back, the walkway is very long. I had it widened from the original, and am very pleased with the result. Very efficient and orderly.

I highly recommend LC concrete. I was having a problem with severe water penetration in my basement causing damage. They sealed my foundation quickly and solved my problem. They are easy to work with responsive and pretty reasonable

I had previously used L.C. Concrete for waterproofing work outside my own home and were impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work. So when my mom started having serious water flooding issues at her house, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to Luis again—and I’m so glad I did.

This time, the job was much more extensive. The work consisted of fully waterproofing her entire basement, digging around the foundation, installing a waterproof membrane, putting in a sump pump system, and then replacing and restoring all the affected concrete. It was a big job, but Luis and his team handled it with skill and dedication from start to finish.

Luis was incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk us through exactly what needed to be done, explained the purpose of each step, and answered all of our questions. That level of transparency gave us a lot of peace of mind. His crew worked tirelessly—often staying late. They didn’t just stick to the original scope either. When we mentioned additional things we wanted, like installing gutters, they took care of those as well without hesitation.

He always replies in a timely manner, which is rare these days, especially compared to many other companies that never even get back to you. That reliability makes all the difference. Luis and his team went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and highly skilled professionals.

We had new cement stairs put in from our back door. Luis is was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a couple options to choose from. Her worked fast and very well priced! Would use them again!

I had a ton of bushes, a tree, and a huge amount of debris that needed to be removed. Francisco and his team handled it all flawlessly. They cleared everything out, mulched two sides of my yard, and edged all the beds, completely transforming the space.

F&C were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating in regards to our schedule. They arrived promptly to saw cut and dispose of a large 17x20 section of patio. Not only were they extremely thorough but they were quick. It took them less than 2 hours. The whole experience was seamless. It was easy to communicate with them and they were very friendly. They took the proper precautions to protect our grass from the machine and cleaned up nicely. The area looks great and we are beyond happy with their work. Overall, our experience with F&C was outstanding. We would definitely recommend them.
