Juan and his team did a great job resurfacing my steps that were ruined by another contractor. The team arrived promptly and provided great quality service. Juan’s customer revive was great and he’s a big company. He clearly isn’t too big to take good care of the small jobs.

Juan Montoya is a very nice professional business man. I'm an 82 year old widow that needed concrete work done. Mr. Montoya looked at the two areas that needed repairs, made suggestions as to how to correct the problems, explained the processes that he recommended and how to proceed. All of his suggestions made much more sense than the other contractors that I had talked to. The end result is a beautiful walk up to my front entrance and a rear driveway that is perfect. In addition his crew was considerate of my dogs and made sure the gates were always closed. They also realigned the rear driveway gates, installed a new drop rod, removed some pavers, leveled the ground and replaced them and adjusted the latch on the gate to the yard that was difficult to open. I highly recommend J Montoya Construction Corp. for quality work and did I mention his price was lower than the other bids. Thank you Juan.

From our initial greeting to the post pour clean-up Juan was there every step of the way. Everything went smoothly and the teamwork within his crew was amazing. They have much pride in their work the final product was immaculate and very detailed. We have already gotten many compliments and it has only been complete for a few days! 10/10 would recommend!

J Montoya Construction replaced our driveway that was more than 30 years old. From the initial call, Mr. Montoya was a pleasure to deal with. He was at our house the next day and gave us a cost estimate.

Once we gave him the approval to go ahead with the project, Mr. Montoya and his crew worked professionally and diligently to get our driveway done in time. We were out of town part of the time when they started the job, but our son was around and we gave him full authority to act in our behalf. Mr. Montoya kept us updated through text on the progress and schedule of the project. It rained a lot after they tore the driveway, so they were not able to pour the concrete right away. We were back in town when they had an opportunity to do it. They were at our house at 7:00 in the morning. One of the things they would have had to do was temporarily remove our neighbor’s fence to make it easier for them to pour and level the concrete. However, that would have affected a grapevine that was on the fence. They decided not to take the fence down even if it meant a more difficult way for them to do their job. In the process, they did save the grapevine so we can still make grape jelly for years to come!

Mr. Montoya and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They always came on time as scheduled. He listened to our concerns and made adjustments as needed. We have worked with several contractors the past few years; J Montoya Construction is the best we have worked with.

If you are looking for a concrete project I truly recommend Montoya Construction. From the very first call I made to them I knew this was the one. Mr Montoya came to my home and looked at my plans and he told me what he could do for me. We came to an agreement on the cost and he gave me a date when they can start. The date came and they arrive and took care of business. His crew were professional and hard working. I made some changes on the original agreement and Mr Montoya worked with me, no problem. I only hope I can find a company as dedicated as Montoya Construction for the next stage of my project.

Originally contacted them for repairs to my steps and walk way. Upon assessment, we noticed that the original steps were too far gone to just be repaired. Juan quoted a great price for replacement and we moved forward. Having done concrete work before myself, I was very impressed with the crew from J. Montoya. The took great pride in their work and it shows. Probably the most important part, my wife loved how the finished product looked. I have recommended them to neighbors and will recommend to anyone else looking for concrete work.

I found J Montoya on google and after reading all the reviews, I decided to get a quote. I hired him to replace my asphalt driveway to a new concrete driveway and I couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend Juan enough. He is one of the best contractors i ever worked with. He did our driveway in Lincolnwood and did an amazing job. Unlike a lot fo contractors, Juan set expectations, was responsive throughout and finished quicker than i thought. All of that and he was less pricey than competition.
