We had some concerns about the foundation of our home just after removing the floor tile and discovered a crack in that coincided with one on the corner of the house. Richard Solsberry made a visit to our home, thoroughly inspected the outside and inside of the home and followed up taking elevation measurements. At the conclusion he explained everything he saw and described things in layman's terms. The result was that we did not have nay major issues to worry about! Almost any other company / contractor we've dealt with has always has a reason / recommendation for some sort of additional work to be quoted. We would not hesitate to call on Olshan again should something change or to recommend to someone to be honest and completely transparent when providing an analysis of your home.

How can you trust a company that can't even manage their phone system or website lead generating system? Put in a web page request for a Florida location, regarding House lifting, which they advertise for. Then get a call back from someone in Texas who has no idea what I want done because that kind of thing is virtually unheard of in TX. So, They give me a number to the FL location supposedly, but not. They gave me the number to the Houston location. I filled out the form on a FLORIDA based Olshan location. But because I have a TX phone number, the FL location can't return my call. I'll be calling someone else.
Just making an edit. I was contacted by the appropriate person and will be scheduling a site visit. So a bit of a rocky start but they are making progress.

Great guy on time and was completely honest about everything we had another company come out and they told us that the corner of the house was dropping Shawn deshazer told us that wasn’t the case and explained to us how we could tell if it was dropping and what to look for all around great guy

I had a great experience getting some advice for a sloping front porch at my mom‘s house in Gulfport. Phil, Shawn, and Cody were very knowledgeable and professional. They used some tools, asked questions and gave me their professional opinion. Their advice was to use a concrete company because the patio was not that far gone. I am even more impressed. Plus they immediately forwarded a recommendation of someone to get an estimate. I will keep them in mind because they obviously were honest and thinking about the best solution for the customer. When we bought our home a few years ago, I noticed little cracks here and there. I contacted several other foundation companies to get quotes. The quoets ranged from 8k to 78k. Before spending that kind of money, I hired a structural engineer for peace of mind and to better understand what my home needed. Turns out my home did not need any sort of foundation repair at that time. The other companies saw someone in a minor panic and possibly an easy sale and tried to take advantage of the situation. The engineer told me that if I noticed the cracks becoming larger, then the house may need some work in the future. Fast forward to now, and the cracks are wider.

So I contacted Olshan, they were able to get me worked in to the schedule very quickly. Shawn came out. He walked the property with me, listening to my concerns and explained what I was seeing. He was knowledgeable and professional. All of the cracks in my home are cosmetic. He took my concerns to heart and didn't attempt to sell me a product I didn't need. A 20-minute conversation based on knowledge and honesty was refreshing.

Olshan is a company that I will trust with any future foundation projects.

We had the representative out today. Shawn. This is in reference to lifting our house on a slab. Shawn was on time very knowledgeable and personable. We’re working a quote currently. I live on the coast and Dunedin, Florida and raising the house seems like a better option than building a new home. Five stars.

Instead of selling me on services I didn't need, Shawn let me know what he would start with if it were his own home, making a stressful situation a little less cumbersome. Beware of Giving a Review!! Wait till the Job is Completed, if you are Lucky!!! Very dissapointed with the work they did and still waiting for a call back. I do not Recommend!! We were promised by the sales person Mike, we would get an outstanding, professional job done, That's not what we got!! It was sloppy!! The job was not well done!!! They came twice and im Still Having a Problem!! They said we would have a year warranty, even the "manager" Shawn who gave me "his phone number" who said if you have Any problems call me personally. We are still Waiting for him to call back. We thought it was a lot of money for the job but we still paid what they asked for, because we Wanted an Outstanding, Professional Job Done. Dissapointed!! We Trusted Blindly, Especially with All the Great Reviews they have. Now it Makes Me Wonder about all those great Reviews!!! The job was Below Average, It was Far from Great!! By the way Our Check Didn't Bounce!!! So They Got Their Money!! We were left with a Poor Job Done!!! So much for a Professional Job!! Everybody Wants the Money, Nobody Wants to Work!!!

I’ve had water issues for years and finally decided to do something about it, called Olshan and Mike came out to see what my issues was and to come up with a game plan. They sent Blake, Tay, Jose and Angel out to resolve my issue. They installed 100’ feet of pipe and drain catch boxes , pipe goes all the way out front. What I liked about it was no electric to deal with just a good pitch to send the water out front.

Just like other reviewers stated. No-show no phone call appointment was set. And they have the weirdest email calls and texting I’ve ever seen from a company. To me this is a red flag to stay clear of this place. This is too important of a service.
