“I had an excellent experience with my foundation repair estimate. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and provided a very thorough assessment. Every question I had was answered clearly, and the communication was top-notch.

Shawn came out to give us a quote for yard drainage and we had a great experience. He was very honest and didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need. I would not hesitate to use Olshan for any future needs.

Mike came to our home for an inspection regarding possible water intrusion from our foundation. Words cannot express how amazing Mike is. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, etc. Very highly recommended!

I called for someone to come out and tell me what was wrong with my foundation. The lady that answered was extremely nice. Mike was able to come out the next morning and he was top notch. Very professional, informative and honest. Highly recommend this company and Mike!

UPDATE: Absolutely Disgusting! I had another company come in after Olshan "said" their work was completed. They told me it was an embarrassment and would not hold up! Please do yourself a favor and check the work that Olshan completes BEFORE you make your payment. The crew came back to do work on 3 different occasions and mistakenly drilled a hole through the outside of my home into my bedroom thinking it was the crawlspace. My husband crawled under the home to check their work when they said it was completed and he recently had major back surgery but we needed to be sure. To our disappointment, it had not been completed. I believe Olshan needs better communication with their crews as well as with their clients. A foundation is a major repair in a home and the crew should treat it that way. When clients are spending a large amount of money like this, they should be communicated with and their work should be checked by a reliable and trustworthy leader from Olshan. You should not leave it to the homeowner to check your work because they don't trust you. Very disappointing!

Shawn came out was early to my residence. Told us what to look for if the foundation was dropping. And gave us great news that my house had not dropped and I didnt need a major repair. So glad I called them for a second opinion. He was thorough and asked questions to provide the best informed answers so I would know what other options I might have. Would recommend them

Last years' hurricanes showed we needed to get water away from our house. From my first call with Amber this past June 2025, the Olshan team has been professional and committed to getting it right. Our initial install was completed just as rainy season was beginning and the first Florida storm proved that the water was not flowing away as promised. Olshan promptly sent a crew to realign some of the pipes, but the next Florida storm revealed remaining issues. Shawn, the GM, personally came out to our home and diagnosed the need for larger pipes and scheduled the fix.
During the install, the team hit a massive tree root. They spent a full day clearing it, returned the next day and completed installation with the larger pipes and new grate. I would like to thank Blake, AJ, Jose, Tay and Angel for being courteous, hard working and focused on results throughout.
No project is perfect, but Olshan's responsiveness, honesty and perseverance made the difference. Thank you Amber and Shawn for your patience and commitment to excellence.

This is a well established company with excellent employees who know their stuff.
Our Technicians were Mike and Tay.
They arrived on time and got to work immediately. The work was not easy but they stuck to the quote. Every step was explained along the way.
They worked non-stop to get it done in one day, returning early the next day to level the ground and repaint the treated wall.
They left the whole job and work site better than when they started. Highly recommend this company and Mike and Tay.

I had used Olshan in Kansas for foundation repairs. Mike came out to my new house here in Florida and was amazing! The quality of services consistent! I greatly appreciate getting directly to the point for most cost effective options.

Aaronin Steel supplied $2000 worth of steel. The $2000 check bounced (Not Sufficient Funds). We have reached out multiple times in the last 2 weeks and no one has responded or returned our calls.

I have since called and emailed Morici Bro's multiple times and received no response. AND THEN Steve Morici reached out via our generic online contact form a week ago asking to square up.

He has since not responded to our calls...

Horrible service and craftsmanship. Please stay away from this company!

New driveway, sidewalk and patio... concrete cracked less than a month after poured…owner said he would replace the bad sections…3 years later still not fixed

They did a fantastic job! Very timely and professional. I have gotten many compliments on their work!

Steve and his team did an amazing job. Highly recommend them. They replaced my garage floor and entire driveway , it looks great and was a truly easy experience.

This company has done nothing but caused problems. The main fact that they promised a finished project in a timeline of 22 buisness days but it ended up 9 months later finally finished after having to consult lawyers. Then no more then 10 days after they finished the concrete they poured cracked! Horrible service. Also the amount of damage they caused to my vehicle and my neighbors vehicle after leaving nails in the drive and a employee hitting a parked vehicle and running. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY! They will make you believe they are Christians but the are nothing but liars and con-artists!

Steve and his crew turned our old 24 ft pool hole into a beautiful fire pit. Its absolutely beautiful. It was done in a timely manner and all whole crew was very professional. Would highly recommend them!

I have been conducting business with Morici Bros Concrete for 20 years. I have never had anything but a great experience. I will continue to use them when I need their services.

It was one of our best experience with contractors. He keept the set date and finnished at once (not happening usually with contractors). We had our driveway and front walk (stamped concrete) done one year and the side walk along the house to the back padio ( stamped concrete) a couple years later. He is eas very responsive and made sure we were happy with the work. It looks beatiful.

Couldn't be happier with the finished product. Large stamped patio, driveway and front walk turned out great!

Steve was responsive, respectful, communicated, and showed up when he said he would. The driveway he put in for us is beautiful! His team cleaned up the worksite afterwards. We highly recommend Steve!
