RUN as far away as possible. Steve the owner costed me a bunch of money and time.

-not a single expansion joint
-it was pitched 4.5 inches INTO my garage
-he laid cement right over my garage siding
-destroyed my new house siding (tons of dried on cement)
-the worst finishing work you'll ever see
-not a single thing was graded properly
-slim to no base
-everything was pitched into my house and garage
-mesh was never lifted
the list can go on for days

EVERYTHING that could go wrong DID go wrong.

Nothing but a cash grab, no quality in his work.

After asking this guy to meet me 3+ times to go over his craftsmanship, he refused to show up. Nonetheless everything had to get ripped up and replaced on my dime. No refund of deposit was returned. His words "take me to court."

*edit* steve the owner walked my property prior to agreeing and giving me the 'contract.' he asked for 3k down which was given. I can include that text in the photos with proof of payment. After day 2 he said "this is bigger" i stated didn't you confirm measurements prior to starting? he then upped the price of which i agreed to. As far as the siding installed wrong? I don't know what he's talking about. however, take close notice that there isn't one single piece of FELT anywhere. This thing had a 100 percent failure rate in under a year.

I worked with the owner of the business and had a very good experience. We did a cement sidewalk from our front door to our driveway a relatively small project, but it turned out excellent. I was impressed with the high level of quality work and attention to detail. The cost and the work Were meeting the business value I expected. I would recommend and use them again and use again.

We had a drive way and sidewalk project completed by Oko Concrete. They did an excellent job and were so helpful with making decisions. I highly recommend them as our home now has curb appeal.

I just had a project completed by Akapusi and his crew. They are very good at what they do. Whole project was started and finished very quickly. Communication was great. Very reasonable price. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Did a great job and was professional. I highly recommend him over the commercial guys that overcharge by double. Quick and easy process and he knows what he’s doing.

Highly recommend. I wanted to widen my driveway and an extension to my patio. He came by the day I called and gave me a quote. Was available to start the before any other companies. Got the job done quickly. The quality of his work was great. I have no complaints.

OKO concrete did a WONDERFUL job of laying a concrete walkway and concrete slab on the side of our house. Aka (the owner) was extremely polite and professional, he and his crew showed up when they said they would, and Aka did some AMAZING concrete finishing work on our project. Aka even went above and beyond to install some electrical conduit under the slab that we were needing, and installed 2 gate posts for our gate. AAA+++ service, would 100% recommend them!

JD did a super brick repair to fix a hole when we removed an air conditioner. It was masterful and far beyond my expectations. A+A+A+A+A+

JD and crew did a great job rebuilding a retaining wall on a slope and repairing our driveway. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend this company! They are great!!

Excellent workmanship! Replaced broken up concrete driveway, sealed cracks, pressure washed and sealed aggregated concrete driveway. All in a timely manner. The only thing that held him up was Mother Nature (rain) Great job! Nice workers. I have used JDC concrete several times now and he and his crew always do a great job. He just put in a French Drain in our back yard.

We are really happy with our new driveway, retaining walls, and front stairs for our home. They were friendly, hardworking, and great at communicating timelines. We highly recommend JDC if you need any concrete work!

Just added a patio and sidewalk and more than glad that we went JDC Concrete. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and indeed an expert. We are beyond pleased with his work and was worth the investment!!!! You may find someone with a better price but not better work. I would highly recommend.

JDC Concrete were very good communicators, and did a great job on our large project. JD came up with a solution for the problem that was cost effective. The whole crew were polite and cleaned up. At the end they spread the dug up dirt and put new grass seed and straw. JD was very honest and straight ahead. I'd hire them again anytime.

The concrete footings for our deck were cracking and breaking down. JD was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out to assess. The work was completed quickly and we are so pleased with the results! Would not hesitate to use this company again!

Called JD to repair and seal my flaking concrete driveway in a few sections. He was personable with the best rate to repair a 2 year old drive. Had him seal the rest of the driveway a few months later so it matched the sections he repaired.

The JDC Concrete Company crew did an excellent job on my driveway, working diligently throughout the project. They were always professional and courteous. The communication was outstanding, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using their service.

Great job with the quality of work done at my home. The steps look great and also move a gate to our upper pool level. On time and punctual with the work. Also, very easy and friendly to work with.

Hired JD to expand a concrete pad at the bottom of our deck steps. He personally came to quote the job, then had a crew there the next day. He was there to oversee everything, he made sure I knew what was going on, and came back to make sure everything was good. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and his professionalism. 10/10 would hire him again.

We had JD and his team create a perfect patio next to our pool this week. They did an excellent job, from prep work to pouring concrete. Was a slight challenge getting to the site, but they had a solution. No -problem for them. They protected surroundings with plastic, carefully poured concrete, and great clean up, which was minimal because of their meticulousness. Very happy we found this company.
