Would not recommend!

Based on the 5 star reviews Revolution Air has (which now seems very fishy to us), we have decided to use them to service/check two of our A/C units. They came out May 24th, charged us $500 for the job, and 6 weeks later one of our units stopped working. It was working perfectly fine up until then for many, many years. Fishy?? I’d say so!!!!

Moreover, they pulled a filter from our humidifier, claiming it needed to be replaced, to come to realize they didn’t have one on site. They still took the old filter, charged us for a new one, promised they would come back that same day to put the new one in, but that never happened (it’s now been over a month). When we called them, they said that the charge (~$65) wasn’t for the new the filter, even though at the time the they told us it was, but rather that the money was for taking the filter out, which btw a 5 year old could do. They then said that if we wanted that new filter, they would need to send someone out again, which meant new service charge and likely pay for new filter AGAIN!!!. Mind you, they still have our old filter, and would not give it back. In their invoice they wrote “LEFT SYSTEM FUNCTIONING PROPERLY” and yet we do NOT have that filter which is NECESSARY for the humidifier to work properly. At this point I’m not even sure they know what they are doing at all!!!! I would love for them to tell me how can my humidifier work properly now?
We were told their manager, Joe, would give us a call to sort all of this out, but that never happened, even after our multiple attempts to reach out to him. Every time they’d say, he will call shortly. Unbelievable.
On top of all of this, the two women working at their customer service were EXTREMELY RUDE, changed their narrative multiple times, and basically played dumb, all the while giving us a very inappropriate attitude and tone.
They would not give us our money back for the filter we paid for, or give us a new one to this day!
Shame on you, Revolution Air! You’re absolutely disgusting in ways you’re trying to scam us!!!

I called a few HVAC services in Stamford and the customer service at Evolution was the best. They were able to answer my questions and send someone for service the next day. Joe was amazing!! He was able to walk me through the process and explained everything in detailed to me. He didn’t try to upsell me and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to locate the problem and replace the part that was needed right on the spot. Joe also has a very nice disposition and demeanor and very knowledgeable. He’s great and trust worthy!
I’m so happy with the service that I’m going to use evolution air for all my HVAC services!!

I called several A/C installation companies for ideas and pricing to retrofit our small home with central air. Evolution Air took the time and made the effort to, not only install the central air conditioning in the house, but they were able to save our precious space in the house.
Their work was excellent and the workers were friendly and courteous. Their price was very fair.
I would recommend them to anyone thinking about central air conditioning.

Evolution Air is great to work with. We were having difficulty with our air-conditioning. They responded quickly, having never used them before. Evaluated our situation and then helped us determine the best and most cost effective solution! That was last year! Have had no concerns since! Will continue to use them.

I have truly enjoyed working with Evolution. They are attentive, responsive, professional, and kind. They replaced our whole AC & heating system because we hooked up to gas. Highly recommend.

Super company to work with. Mike and Joe are terrific in every way. The project we are endeavoring is large and they installed an entire heating and cooling system for us. They have been professional and incredibly fast at resolving any quirks in the system that often weren't even their responsibility. Couldn't be happier with their service, I look forward to continue using their company in the future for all our maintenance and repair needs.

I had an excellent experience with Evolution Air. I called one evening because my system wasn't working. They came out by 7:30 am the next morning and the work was completed before I left for work!
I had recently moved and was unfamiliar with the system. The technician took the time to explain it all to me, made sure the vents were working and clear of any furniture. Very professional service and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Evolution Air. They helped me out recently in an emergency even though I was not a regular customer. The old pump on my central A/C unit broke causing a flood in the basement. Joe came quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and then checked out the system to ensure that there were no other lurking issues. I really appreciated their quick response and expertise. I will now be a regular customer!

Evolution Air is one of the most customer centric companies that has done work for us. I appreciated the thoughtful evaluation, installation and commitment. Bonus: Cat is EXCEPTIONAL. She was determined it all work out A+. And it did!!!

Mike and his team are true professionals. I came to evolution after years of what I thought was decent service from another Stamford outfit. After faulty equipment, sub par maintenance, etc…I tried Evolution Air. Mike and his team do not leave until the problem is identified/ and or fixed. They take their time and are very knowledgeable. Just had them put in a new system and will continue to use them for service. Best HVAC team around!!

Great company to work with, friendly and professional. My furnace installation was done in one day. I could not be happier, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Danny from Evolution Air LLC provided quick and impactful service to my home heat and ac unit. He took the time to show me what was being repaired (replaced flex duct work my cat shredded) and he went above and beyond by patching up work I had done myself so my cat won’t destroy the flex duct again in future.

10 out 10 will use Evolution Air again!

I highly recommend Evolution Air! I can’t speak highly enough about them. I have had a positive experience with everyone from booking the appointment to the technicians to the follow up call with the owner, Michael. The technicians were professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to be sure we felt comfortable having people in our home in the middle of a pandemic. Switching to Evolution Air for our HCAC maintenance was the best decision we’ve made.

Nothing beats the team at Evolution. not only are they top-notch and there when you need them, they are good company that gives you that small family feel. I was in a really bad jam with needing service last minute for an emergency. They were unable to provide due to timing and literally called me back so many times giving me referrals to other people that they knew to help me out. they are an amazing team!

I was completely overwhelmed by the scope of repairs I needed for my house - HVAC, water heater and boiler. I had a lot of questions and frankly a lot of questions that would have seemed basic for most people but I needed help. Mike and his crew were incredibly patient with my questions and really helped me understand what I was buying and what the expense was going to be. The office (Maria in particular) walked me through contacting other contractor that would be needed to get the job done (electrician and plumber) and the Evolution Team worked with my independent contractors. The job went smoothly mostly because of their extreme professionalism. As an added note one of the main installers CAME BACK over Labor Day weekend to make sure there were no issues. I can’t say enough good things about working with Mike and his team. I felt like he really treated my house like his own - from the attention to detail on the job and making sure the work space was left clean each night. It is never fun to spend a lot of money to replace these mundane things but I do feel like I got quality service and expertise.
