They responded quickly to service the heating but neglected to inspect our hot water tank when I had asked and they’d agreed One manager at the office said sure they do that but after the appt the other manager said: oh we don’t do that

Temp Air installed a new Carrier system for me 5 years ago. The system itself has not worked well but every time there is an issue their service is responsive and thorough so I'd say they stand behind their product which is a compliment.

Temp Air has now cured all the deficiencies noted below. I am now a happy customer!!

Initially outstanding and then very disappointing. Their price was very competitive when they quoted the new Carrier A/C. But then, even after a few phone calls, they never finished a small piece of the installation and, though they quoted a credit from the electric company, they never sent the forms I needed to get the credit. Honestly, I needed very little to make this review fabulous... why would they not fulfill their promise and make a customer happy?

Temp air has been servicing the home I bought last year for several years - since they knew the house I started working with them as well. This past week in 90+ degree heat BOTH of my ACs broke (one for the first floor and one for the second fl)
They came several times very quickly to get the 2nd floor working properly for me as I have a newborn baby at home and the heat was so bad! I am currently waiting for a quote to replace my first floor unit and furnace as they’re both super old. Shafi, Chris and Ray have all been great to work with and trying their best to get everything working. I’m hopeful they won’t be too booked up to get my new system in soon!!

Temp air quickly came out to diagnose the problem with our air-conditioning, and found a unit to replace it 20 year old one, and did the work very quickly. This was so helpful since we are in the middle of the heat wave and entertaining guests.thank you Rey and Nafti.
