These guys are as good as it gets. In an emergency they are always there to help. As a builder of custom homes we rely on the quality of their workmanship to be consistent with our very high standards.

My boiler broke at home and I had an emergency. Since they service boilers, I called them up hopefully to show up in the next few hours but told me they are not available. When I asked them when is the next available appointment to come and take a look they told me 2-3 weeks from now. I guess I should look somewhere else to take care of my emergency. At least they were honest about it.

Called for an appt and explained I am looking for a new HVAC service provider and was told they could not come up with a confirmed appt time to help us same day. Not even an offer of an appt a few days out. Not sure if they are interested in building long term relationships with customers, so hard pass for me. They don’t want new business so don’t call them if you’re not a contracted customer.

Updated: I see the owner has replied, and I’d like to reaffirm that this company did not even try to offer an appt to me even two, three days out from request. No appointment. All the while I was telling them, I am looking for a new HVAC service provider. While they claim our schedules did not work out, it seems more complex as they didn’t offer ANY appt times to me at all. Another company graciously made time for us yesterday and we are spending $$$$ with them today. Sorry you missed out Tritech.

I hired Tritech at my home in New Canaan, I could not be happier with their professionalism, honesty, cleanliness and over all general work ethic. They arrived on time and made the repairs in a timely fashion. I will continue to use and recommend Tritech and Scott for sure.

Tony and the team at Tri Tech did an excellent job with a new AC system installation. The prices were competitive with other HVAC companies in the area. I had a great feeling that Tony knew what he was talking about during the estimate so I decided to go with Tri Tech for the work.

The crew was professional and courteous throughout the installation. They cared about my satisfaction to the point that they recommended moving the outdoor compressor to a new location, 30ft away from the previous spot which was next to an outdoor grill. In the new location, it would not impair conversations on the deck while grilling and entertaining. It was nice to see the honesty and care for my experience even though this was more work for the team than just hooking up the compressor to the existing wiring that existed in the old location. Everything was installed cleanly, with all of the new electrical and copper runs to the new compressor location being neatly organized in the rafters of the basement.

I am happy with the level of professionalism that Tri Tech showed and I will call them first for any future HVAC tasks that come up.

During a record breaking heatwave, my old air conditioning system just had enough! I called Scott, owner of Tri Tech, in desperation for help. He happened to be in the area and stopped by to assess what was wrong. He informed me of what needed to be done, gave me an extremely fair and honest estimate, ordered my new unit and had it installed within a day! I have a handicapped mother and needed the ac as quickly as possible and Tri Tech delivered! They are a very professional, thorough and honest Company who got the job done as soon as possible! As a business owner and homeowner, I’ve had years of experience working with many contractors, none as efficient as Tri Tech! I hired Tri-Tech in January 2016 to replace the heat pump in my condo. As a woman who isn't always well versed on all things home improvement, my experience with Tri-Tech was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Not only did they explain things to be in a way I would understand, but they were able to accomodate me quickly so that I didn't have to suffer without heat. The team was great, they worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. They were very friendly and professional. Much to my dismay, I recently had to switch my water heater. Thankfully, I was able to call Tri-Tech and they also did this for me. Again, they were great!! Their prices are fair, but their professionalism is what really makes me call them again and again. I highly recommend them.

TriTech deserves many more stars than five! They installed an HVAC system for me in 2010 and have serviced it routinely ever since. Any issue that arose was always taken care of promptly. All the technicians are professional, respectful of property, on time and really nice guys. When appointments are scheduled, I am kept up to date on arrival time which shows respect for my time as well as the technician's. Scott, the owner, is outstanding in customer service and explanations of options. Most recently, my system died right before I was scheduled to be away for a week over Christmas, and I was in a panic about leaving my home with no heat. Scott or an associate came by five different days to restart the unit to keep it limping along until the new one arrived. He made sure the new system was installed before I left which was nothing short of a miracle. He couldn't have been more attentive to my situation or more determined to take care of me. And top this off with a trust factor - TriTech did not ask for a penny until the system was in and running. Not even a deposit! Scott is the poster child (man?) for how to run a service business and how to treat the customer. TriTech is simply outstanding in every way.

We had an urgent attic ductwork situation related to water damage and mold remediation, and I cannot thank Diane Zinicola at Tri-Tech Mechanical enough for her professionalism and responsiveness.

From my very first call, Diane understood the urgency and immediately sent their foreman, Edwin, who was knowledgeable, thorough, and very clear in explaining what needed to be done. Within just a few hours, Diane provided a detailed proposal and arranged for the team to be onsite the very next day to remove the ducts, replace a rusty pan, and coordinate the reinstall once remediation was complete.

When the crew arrived (Fernando and Sabino), they worked quickly and professionally, clearly taking pride in their work. Their years of experience showed, and the results exceeded my expectations.

Because of this excellent experience, we are also considering Tri-Tech for our ongoing annual AC maintenance.

It’s clear that Tri-Tech is now far more responsive and client-focused than some of the older reviews might suggest. Since Diane took on scheduling, estimates, and coordination, she has truly elevated the customer experience. She goes above and beyond to make sure clients feel supported — and the skilled technicians deliver quality work.
