After countless calls and only receiving AI answering services, Extrave Heating & Cooling was my last attempt before giving up completely on my broken AC during the heatwave. Daniel picked up my call afterhours and came right over after a long day of work. I had another company come over to review the issue earlier in the day who told me that I needed a new system "immediately". I originally found Daniel on Thumbtack where he came highly recommended. I had had good luck with their recommendations in the past, so when I needed service after my last tech became unable to work, I called Extrave. I feel very lucky to have found Daniel. He has now been servicing my Heat Pump system for a few years.

Recently I noticed that my house was cold, and that the temperature seemed to be dropping. After doing the normal testing, I found that the only way I could generate any heat was by using the Emergency Backup. I called Daniel. He came out very promptly and found that the coil in my condenser was leaking and could not be repaired. It had to be replaced.

After doing my due diligence, and getting estimates and opinions from other companies, I decided to go with Daniel as even though his quote was higher, I just felt confident that he would do what he said he would. In addition, his estimate was far more detailed and comprehensive than the other companies’ whose presentations were fairly ambiguous and lacked specificity. Daniel exhibited the patience of a saint with my questions and always responded promptly and professionally.

I now have a new condenser. I now have heat. I can now once again say THANK YOU DANIEL.

I had an issue with a condensation leak and a part of my vent system that was letting out a lot of air as it became separated. My issues were diagnosed and fixed quickly by Daniel, he noted my equipment was getting a little old but did not pressure me to upgrade anything or do any unneeded service, only stated if there were ever further issues to give him a call. Very professional, good rates, fast service. I will be using this company again in the future (though hopefully not too soon from now)

Last year - called with a problem, showed up next day. Super knowledgeable, didn't push to replace my ancient condenser, just got it running for good price.

This year - condenser truly bit the dust (you shouldve heard it) and we needed full replace. They got it done quickly + expertly + reasonable price.

Daniel was amazing to work with. He figured out the problem we were facing with our heating and got it fixed in about 30 minutes flat. His prices are fair and his knowledge of heating systems is extensive. I will definitely be using his services again!

I needed to have my hot water heater and boiler replaced and Daniel did a fantastic job. -As this was a big job, I got lots of estimates. Besides being one of the lowest priced, he was by far the most responsive. I’d ask questions or ask for a revision on an estimate, often at night, and he would email me back usually that same night.

The install itself went very well, and Daniel worked very hard to make sure he stayed on schedule. While he would arrive around 11am, he worked late until 9pm or so. This was so appreciated as going without heat and hot water is obviously far from ideal. He made sure I had hot water by the end of day 2, no matter how late he had to work.

Afterwards he has been very responsive via text. Overall he did a great job and I highly recommend him.
