My air conditioner wasn't cooling the house, and I wanted a local technician on the job. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined my options for how to move forward , explaining the pros and cons of each.

He then realized that it's likely that my unit was still under warranty, something I never would've known on my own. Telling me that wasn't necessarily in his best interest in the short term but will ensure that I continue working with him moving forward.

Had a very old furnace stop working one day and called EXTRAVE based on google reviews. When the owner Daniel came the following day, the furnace was actually working again. I asked him for some suggestions on a replacement unit since it was still so old and to his credit, he was the furthest thing from a pushy salesman. He sent me some options the following day and we decided to move forward with a new furnace and a/c unit. As others have mentioned, Daniel was prompt, on time, honest and a pleasure to work with. He finished the installation in two days, even improving the flow of heat to our primary bedroom, and followed up several times to make sure everything was running well His price was reasonable and we're very happy we found him.
