Ilan came within 30 minutes to fix our Heating. He has exceeded our expectation and was a a pleasure to me him as well!!! Price was great and I must say it was a Saturday night when he came to fix the heat on a cold night!!! Very honest man, I had called another company earlier who wanted to replace the whole system!!

Fantastic service! My central air conditioner stopped running during a 94 degree day. It was 84 degrees in my house when I got home. Not only did I actually get someone on the phone when I called at 6:30pm, but they were at my house within an hour of calling. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I have used Around the Clock to install a couple of smart thermostats for me, and they also serviced both my heating and a/c units. Ilan is always quick to respond, and takes the time to explain everything. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of there services!!

Outdoor temperature reached 75 degrees and needed AC for first time this season. My compressor didn’t go on. Called Ilan on a Saturday at 5 PM he was at my house by 530 - talk about being available around the clock like the name of his company. Fixed it within 20 mins. Very reliable and efficient. He also is genuine ans honest and told me I didn’t need to professionally clean my compressor (which I usually do each season), rather just spray it with my garden hose and save money. Thanks Ilan ! Ilan arrived on time. Very respectful of our COVID-19 concern. Wore a mask the entire time he was in our home.
He did full maintenance on our two gas heating systems, and didn’t leave until he was certain everything was working as it should.

I have 2 experiences with Ilan, both wonderful. Just this morning I noticed I had no heat. I called him , and he came over the same day. He knew just what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. But here is the BEST ONE. About 10 years ago my entire air conditioning and gas heat went totally dead. I thought for sure it was a $20,000 job. Ilan was able to figure out it was a rat that chewed through a wire. He was so honest, he could have charged me for so much more.

Ilan is a true professional. We had no AC on a very warm day during the summer and Ilan came to our rescue almost right away. He was thorough and explained how various parts of the system worked, more intelligently than many servicemen I've interacted with. Fortunately, we didn't need a new compressor, he was able to fix the problem quickly and effectively. Ilan was very honest and reliable and charged a very nice and fare rate for his service.

Ilan is extremely professional. I had no heat and he arrived early and within 2 hours of my call to him. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour and a half. This included installing a replacement Nest thermostat, for which he stayed to ensure it was properly added to my existing Nest network. I can absolutely say he is a smart thermostat expert. This is in contrast to Petro, with whom I have an annual HVAC maintenance contract, and who came out three times and eventually gave up on fixing my problem.

Once again, Ilan saves the day. He replaced our old A/C six years ago in a day. No problems since then until today. He got to us within an hour of our call. Air conditioning is fixed and he shared maintenance tips with us also (like hose down the unit after pollen season each year).

Today the heater stopped working. The situation was not ideal in this period of the year and it was also Friday afternoon. I called Ilan (the owner of the company) that was busy with another customer. He promised me to come in 40 mins and it was so. He quickly identified the cause of the issue and fixed it. I sincerely recommend him for any HVAC work. I will call him back for sure.

Around the clock was super helpful and efficient at helping us fix our AC problems right away. We couldn’t be more grateful for the responsiveness (we got help the same day we called) and now our AC is up and running again!!

Update: We just saw our AC smoking and called Around the Clock who stopped by literally within the hour on a Friday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and did not charge us for the service visit as ultimately we need a totally new AC unit replacement. Definitely appreciate the prompt response and honest/straightforward advice.

I had a very positive experience when hiring Ilan to help us conduct regular maintenance on HVAC system and heater boiler. Highly recommend!
