i was a bit apprehensive about my new tub installation as it was a significant task, but the entire process with Brayden was seamless. i got a few estimates and his was reasonable. Brayden was punctual, completed the job as guaranteed, and maintained a tidy and clean work area. my new tub not only looks great, but also works perfectly. I'll certainly call upon them for future plumbing needs in Stamford.

Our basement bathroom installation was a breeze, thanks to Tracy's expertise and guidance. Tracy was incredibly knowledgeable and crucial in helping us determine the most effective method for our new bathroom installation. She provided us with various options and always had our needs at the forefront. Tracy and Brayden did superb work in cutting up the floor and keeping the area clean throughout the process. The charges for their hard work and labor were extremely reasonable. Their professionalism and dedication to the job were truly commendable. I must mention the company is under new management now, and they are providing outstanding service. I can't recommend them enough.

My hot water heater broke down late in the day, but by the following day, Joshua & Sons Plumbing & Electric had sent Brayden to give an estimate for the replacement. Their rates were not just reasonable, but significantly more affordable compared to other providers in Stamford. The team, which included Tracy, showed immense care during their visit to my home. At first, I wasn’t sure about calling Stamford Plumbing after another plumber suggested them, but I’m so glad I did. The plumber who came out, Brayden, had all the right tools for the job and handled my clogged drain quickly and efficiently. They arrived within about an hour and a half, which was impressive considering I’m in Stamford. Even after the blockage cleared, Brayden went ahead and snaked the line to make sure everything was flowing properly, which gave me extra peace of mind. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and acted very professionally the whole time. I’d definitely recommend them, especially if you ever find yourself needing help after hours or in an emergency.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Larry or Jeff not sure which one is his name he signed two names on receipt. He was late and seemed angry as soon as he arrived. He made a leak and then when told about it he seemed angry again. When payment came, I gave him two cards and he was upset about that and gave me attitude. I don’t know what this guy’s problem is, all I know is I will never be using this company again!

We had a GREAT experience with Ace. Larry was the ultimate professional - responsive, knowledgeable and honest. Emergency plumbing can be a very stressful experience and Larry made it as painless as possible. The entire service was conducted in a transparent manner, with a clear explanation of the diagnostics, cost and necessary repairs.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.....Lee the plumber who replaced Steve (Steve was great) is a terrible plumber and snake oil salesman. He personally tried to upcharged for other services I didn't need and really took advantage of my mother (a senior citizen)...He addition to he never fixed the problem, constantly charges for fixes when another plumber called said you might just need a toilet and fixes shouldn't have been made...BOTTOM LINE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

They came to my house twice, once for a slow drain issue and once for a sewer clog issue. Both times they were quick in responding and resolved my issues beyond my satisfaction. They were courteous, honest what the work would entail, and direct. I am now considering them to be my only go to plumbers when I have an issue. Steve and his crew are wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough.
