Roto Rooter showed up same day to fix our waste pipe clog. The technician Alexander was very polite, and immediately assessed the situation. He gave a price, and went to work. He had the problem fixed very quickly. I’m very happy with the company and Alexander.

Recommend not using their service. I initially set up an appointment online for 8 am to 10 am. They sent me an email confirming the appointment window for 9 am to 1 pm. At noon on the day of the appointment, I was contacted stating that their technician was running late and might appear slightly after the window. I waiting until 150 pm, and then called to cancel my appointment.

Aris was accompanied by Fernando came out to my house. Aris called me and noticed that my appointment was scheduled for 2 weeeks out. He said he was available and can come by today if I needed him too. They came by and helped me with getting my basement clean and disinfected. They have guys scheduled for tomorrow to get it all cleaned out. I had another company come and try to clean it but it didnt work out. So, my insurance company advised to hire a professional company to get it cleaned out. I am so happy that Aris and Fernando came out to help me with my situation. Very professional and helpful. Thank you guys.

Richard came to my home to complete a job that turned messy. From the moment he walked into my home, his warmth, smile, and professionalism were noted. He honestly felt like a close family member...AND he got the job done! Blessings, brother!

The workers were kind experienced and very helpful. The job was done quick professionally and well. Couldn’t be more happy with the work. Give those two guys a raise. They had to drag my old tank out full because the drain plug broke off and it was full of sediment.

Dazhaun was knowledgeable and friendly. He came out to fix a leak coming from my ceiling and was honest about how much it was going to cost me before doing the necessary work. Price was on the higher side but I trusted the work being done.

Showed up after a pipe burst on Bew Years Eve needed a part and there the next morning at 8:30 to finish which with no water and a New Years Day was a great way to start the year someone honoring word and getting done and fixed when many wouldn’t even show up until day days later or the next week. On budget and quality work and parts. Very pleased and good way to start the new year.

We were extremely disappointed in the service provided. The service technician was very hard to understand leading to more confusion about what was included in what we were paying for. I was lead to believe that the snake, camera scope and “pipe shield” would be included for $665 which is very high as it is. When it came time to pay it was increased $862 because I was charged $186 for 2 gallons of pipe shield which is absolutely ridiculous and I never would have agreed to that, had I known. On top of this, I mentioned the $55 coupon multiple times and it was never applied. I was told it would be refunded the next day, it was not. I have now called the Bridgeport office multiple times and finally got someone on the phone. I was lied to and told there is no coupon, after disputing that I was told they would refund the coupon value.

The service itself was also completely mishandled, the camera tech should have been there at the same time with the service tech to confirm the pipe was clear. The camera tech arrived well after the service tech had left. Once the camera revealed more blockage the service tech was not there to clear it. The camera tech then of course tried to upsell us on getting the pipe replaced.

Technician Recirdo was on time and fixed the clog quickly. I'm pleased with the service, but not the price. I was charges $ 371 for a service sanitrol, my usual goto company would have charged half or less than that. While I might use them again, it would have to be a very dier emergency.

Once again Roto-Rooter had come through for me. The technician arrived within the selected time frame, was professional and courteous. Have and will continue to recommend Roto-Rooter.

Our kitchen drain was totally blocked. I snaked the first 15 feet and couldn’t reach the blockage. Roto-Rooter was at my house within 4 hours and fixed the problem for us. Josh was very professional and did a great job.

The representative that worked on my sink was so professional! He was prompt, communicative, kind and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. I don’t have anything to compare the price to so could have been overcharged for all I know but personally felt like a worth it price to me as my experience was so great.

Merg was very attentive and informative. He got the job done on a timely fashion, which as a busy homeowner that is a must. If needed I would not hesitate contact him again.

My technician, Franklin, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He was able to give an estimate on damages and explain in great detail what needs to be done for repairs. The pricing was fair and I hope to use their services again in the future!

This company is an absolute scam and is completely unethical. We had a technician come out to our house to unclog a drain, the technician came in, gave us a quote, asked us to sign a service agreement which we did. At no point did he explain any risks associated with using the snake on our older copper pipes, explain to us the liability release included in the service agreement, or furnish a copy of any of the paperwork signed. After snaking the drain and forcing the snake he damaged our pipe causing a large crack and leak. The technician hesitated but finally owned up to causing the damage but said Roto Rooter wouldn’t cover the damages. Despite them claiming they are insured and will cover any damages caused, they clearly are in the business of ripping people off and not owning up to errors. I spoke to someone at management who stated that they wouldn’t be doing anything to make the situation right or offer any solutions. In speaking to three other plumbers they were all appalled at these business practices and all said that if this was their company they would be covering the damages caused. We’re now looking at 1,000 or more to fix the damages caused by this company. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a fair and ethical local plumber who cares about you and your home and doing the right thing.

We had a clogged drain. Noel asked specific plumbing questions to determine the proximity of the clog. He was spot-on with his diagnosis! There were two clogs. Noel worked efficiently, and effectively. His expertise in fixing the problem was quickly noted by my husband and I. Noel is certainly an important asset for the Roto-Rooter company! He was very professional and polite! Thank you again Noel!

Fernando was amazing. He came out as quickly as possible. He’s been here and been a great help just easing my mind and telling me what the experience is. I’m a I’m a widow and I cannot recommend him more. Thank you once.

My kitchen sink had a stubborn clog. Arriving on time, Mike did an excellent job clearing the drain pipe and throughly double checked the line for confirmation. His work and professional service gave me peace of mind. It is a little pricey, but when you need full service, the RotoRooter team is the one to contact.

Richard was very, very professional. He went to great lengths to get my main sewer line cleaned. He did not stop working until everything was back to normal. He is a great asset to your company. Make sure you take good care of an employee like that.
