Im not going to lie, the price of service wasn’t great. A little pricey to say the least. Far more than what I expected. On the other hand, the technician who was sent out was absolutely aces. A great young man named Caleb Bergeron (I hope I spelled that right.) He was fantastic, forthright and very friendly. His employee id was 348 if I am reading this invoice correctly. It’s great to see a young man in a trade that he’s both skilled and passionate about. I really appreciated his service and conversation. Root rooter is lucky to have him as an employee. Thanks again Caleb. Much appreciated. 5 stars for service. 1 star for price.

Caleb did a wonderful job cleaning out our drain. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing while working. He even cleaned after his job was done. Would definitely recommend Caleb to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Javier was extremely professional and had great patience as we were trying to figure out the issue with this basement toilet. He took his time to make sure he diagnosed the right problem and didn’t start tearing things apart first where it would cost us more money than we needed to pay. Carla in the office was very pleasant as we had a billing issue to discuss. Pleasant conversation and I didn’t feel as though I was a bother. Great service all around.

Good fix. Plumber was great. Price is absolutely abhorrent. I hope they pay them well. Just replaced the sink catch. Took maybe an hour including a drive to get the part that I obviously paid for. $750.00 for the job. Again I hope the plumber at least get half that. Highway robbery.

Horrendous all around. They pretend to follow up with you after a poor experience (being ripped off and not even solving the problem), and then go silent when they say they’ll be back in touch by a specific time.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I was charged over $600 for ~30 minutes of work. To make matters worse, the issue that was allegedly “solved” is now back less than 72 hours after Roto-Rooter’s handiwork. I will now have to find someone else to actually fix the problem.

Update: don’t let them fool you with their customer service team pretending that they care. Their shady billing practices and lack of accountability are laughable. Anyone who even considers using this company - do yourself a favor and call anyone else. You’ll save yourself hundreds of dollars and actually get a competent plumber who can fix an issue.

Great communication and responsiveness. I had been chasing other plumbers all week, Fairconn got backed to me, COMMUNICATED, and got the job done.

We had an emergency plumbing issue of no hot water or heat. Picked up immediately and within an hour was at hour home. Fixed the issue right away. Highly recommended

There is no better plumbing and heating company around. I used many in the past. Fairconn beats them all. Prompt service, superb workmanship, honest pricing and they clean after themselves. Do not use anybody else you will love them!

Called for emergency plumbing work. I had a pipe burst in the middle of the night on a Saturday night going into Sunday morning. They responded to my call at the crack of dawn, sent a technician out right away to patch the broken pipe and pump out the standing water. They really helped me out of a jam. The quick response time helped me prevent a much worse situation in my basement. Good company. Friendly owner.
