Orlando was THE BEST. So sweet & explained everything that was going to happen and then what happened to me. He was very cautious to put covers on his shoes while walking in and out of the house to keep it clean! Very good at his job. Thank you SO much!

Walk-in shower drain was clogged by a clump of hair (I know this because that's usually the case, and I'm usually able to snake it out myself, but not this time). Called Roto Rooter who couldn't give me an idea of cost over the phone but the visit/inspection was free so whatever. They gave me a 2hr range for the tech's eta. After 2.5hrs, I called and they said he was stuck in traffic but would be there in 20mins. Again, whatever. The real issue is that he got here, performed an "inspection" (ie flushed 1 toilet), determined the drain needed snaking, and quoted me the "flat rate" price of $750. Laughed in his face. Shame he sat in all that traffic for nothing. He said "Everything's more expensive in CT". So beware, they're using your zip code to up charge you. This place apparently thrives on the handful of suckers that would pay out of their nose to SNAKE A DRAIN. Insanity. Ended up paying a local guy $200, bonus points he was able to quote me that over the phone with no inspection. Please don't give these scammers your money, people. Be smart.

The gentleman who came out late in the evening was very kind and professional. He worked diligently to try and resolve my issue. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the issue but helped set us up with his cow workers over the next several days. I would definitely recommend Sal from Roto-Rooter.

Eli was phenomenal start to finish. Came on time, was very polite, was very helpful with explaining everything, was thorough and detailed with the work. He was very careful with his equipment, made sure not to damage anything (even though the cleanout location was a tricky spot) and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. I was thankful Eli was the technician that showed up and was very impressed with his work.

Called for an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Merg, the technician from Roto-Rooter came in a timely manner. He was extremely polite and very competent. Merg fixed the problem with my drain, and he cleaned up very well after the job was completed.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

Mike was excellent. He came in was very polite and professional. He quickly provided the quote and in less than an hour had removed the old leaky faucet and installed the new one. It worked perfectly and looks amazing in the kitchen. Mike removed all the old parts and new faucet packaging. He even gave me pointers on diy checking water pressure to make sure there is not too much pressure coming in. Also, reminded me to register my Delta faucet which I did shortly after. Thank you Mike!! Price seemed a bit high, but it was done right away on a Saturday! With 6 month warranty on the plumbing work.

Richard was fantastic. He came out and was friendly and eager to help. He was knowledgeable, quick to get me involved and explain what was going on at each step. He was thoughtful to my home and protected my carpet's and walls. Richard was extremely personable as well. He helped in a very stressful emergency and didn't stop till he fixed it. Had a shower sewage back up - not only did they make sure there was no moisture or water seeping through roof but also tried a few methods to unclog pipes without immediately reverting to the most expensive solutions.
