We just moved into a new place and the first cold day, the heat was not working. It was a Friday and I called an HVAC company who came out and did not have the part to fix the issue. The temperature was going to drop overnight and we have a small child. The HVAC guy couldn’t get the necessary part for a few days. He recommended calling FairConn. I called (at this point it’s about 2pm before the weekend) and Adam, the owner, answered right away and said he would get back to me within 30 mins about his timing, but thought someone could come out. Someone came right away and spent time trying to fix the problem without the part. The guys were nice and thorough. They also concluded they needed a part but weren’t sure they could get it before the end of the day. We were worried we would have no heat over a freezing cold weekend. About an hour after they left, Adam, the owner called and said he got the part after going to 3 stores and was coming right away to fix. He and his associate came at 6pm on Friday and spent an hour fixing the issue and testing the whole system.

Their emergent responsiveness was amazing!!! They were nice, reassuring and did everything in their power to get it done, which we so appreciated. He said he really looked for the part because he was worried about our kid being cold over the weekend. It was a super stressful situation and FairConn saved the day. They were communicative, easy to work with and experts in their field. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. Would (and will) absolutely call them again and have recommended them to friends. They are fair and they work hard. Very hard to find these days in a company.

As the owner and principal of Vulcan Development Group, I only have great things to say about Fairconn Plumbing and Heating. Their team is very professional and keen on being solution oriented. We have used them for a vast number of services, including, but not limited to new construction homes to single bathroom renovations. Even during off days and hours, they are still responsive and show up if needed.

Adam and his team are the best plumbing company I’ve ever found. They are super responsive, easy to work with and do an incredible job. I have looked for a good plumber for a while and I can say I finally found one. They are the obvious choice for anyone looking for great work!

Hi highly recommend FAIRCONN plumbing. They came highly recommended. My waterline was frozen and I wasn’t getting any cold water. They resolved my issue right away, and to my surprise, Adam actually called me the next day to follow up to make sure everything was ok.

I had such a great experience with Fairconn Plumbing! We reached out on a Sunday because our pipes were frozen and had tried calling a few other plumbers who never responded — Fairconn was the only one who got back to us and came right away. That alone meant a lot. Their communication deserves extra credit because they listened and understood how urgent the situation was. They showed up with a specialized machine and had the problem fixed in about five minutes. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely want to help. I was honestly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Fairconn Plumbing and Heating and Adam the owner of the business was our contact and handled the install from start to finish. Pricing was more great based on other quotes to install an AO Smith 40 Gallon Gas Water heater, removal of old unit and also applying for and getting a permit from the town of Greenwich and arraigning for the onsite inspection. I have dealt with many companies for work at my home and Adam and Fairconn are at the top of my list!

I had a fantastic experience with FAIRCONN Plumbing and Heating LLC. Not too long ago they installed a sump pump, toilet, and shower in my home, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Everything was completed efficiently, on schedule, and at a very fair price.

The team was professional, respectful, and kept the work area spotless throughout the entire project. It’s rare to find contractors who combine skill, integrity, and great communication like they do. Fairconn replaced my old aging boiler with a modern, efficient one that attaches to the wall and takes up almost no space. We now have three separate heating zones. They built a new wall to accommodate the new pumps and piping and everything is neat and organized and easy to service. Our heating bill is much lower as a result and they did all of that in one day. Everyone at Fairconn was super professional and friendly and the price was reasonable. They’ve come back and helped with other plumbing issues, as well, and have always been satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

This past Sunday, I had a significant plumbing emergency and I was in a real pickle because my old plumbing company had gone out of business. I contacted one of my friends in New Canaan who always has reliable referrals and he recommended FAIRCONN Plumbing. I was able to reach FAIRCONN early on a Sunday morning and they were at my house within 45 minutes to save the day. The team that showed up were prompt, professional, courteous, figured out what the problem was and resolved it quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

They were responsive and everyone was a pleasure to work with from the owner to the technicians. The job went smoothly and we passed inspections quickly and easily. Highly recommended!

I hired Fairconn Plumbing to install a new boiler, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I don’t write many reviews, but this one is well deserved.

My boiler failed around 6 PM on a Wednesday night—I lost heat and hot water with temperatures at 11 degrees and a record-cold weekend ahead. On a friend’s recommendation, I called Fairconn around 11 PM, not really expecting an answer. To my surprise, the owner, Adam, picked up. He listened carefully, talked through the situation with me, and rearranged his schedule to meet me at 7 AM the very next morning.

From that first interaction, everything felt professional, honest, and pressure-free. Adam didn’t push me to replace the system right away. Instead, he recommended running diagnostics to see if a repair was possible. When we confirmed replacement was the right choice, he patiently walked me through selecting the right unit and then moved his schedule to get the new system installed the very next day.

On installation day, Adam arrived with a full crew of plumbers and electricians. They removed the old system, installed the new boiler and copper piping, and clearly took pride in their work. The craftsmanship was excellent—no shortcuts—and the team was respectful, professional, and left my basement spotless, which is rare with contractors.

Adam was onsite the entire time, working alongside his team and always available by phone. He’s genuinely a good guy—sincere, polite, and someone you immediately trust.

I had a rental house with a leak at the top of the Smart indirect water heater. Melia Plumbing went over right away and gave me a quote to replace the 16 year old unit. They were at the house at 9 AM the next day with the replacement unit. By noon they had installed the new water heater, tested it and removed the old unit. The only inconvenience to my tenant was no hot water for those three hours. An excellent job and I would recommend them for any plumbing repairs .

Angelo, Mario and family are my favorite people, the most honest and efficient, think out of the box plumber's I have ever meet. There is no problem they don’t have a solution for or request. Always ready to help when I have an emergency. Angelo has done work on 2 house for me; I did extensive remodeling on both and I have been extremely satisfied and happy long term . Recently I just had a new water heater installed and the job is was done faster than he promised! perfectly executed and the price was right on point. Satisfied with their work over 25 years!

I cannot say enough good things about Angelo, Mario and Tyler Tuccinardi. These guys are absolutely fantastic plumbers and lovely people who you will feel completely comfortable working on your property.
