Jimmy is the best of the best for any plumbing needs. He is our go-to plumber for everyday needs and he worked on our bathroom renovation as well. He also installed our whole house filtration system and our RO one under the sink. His work is fantastic and he’s extremely reliable. He’s also a great guy. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I am the director of a very busy daycare. One can imagine all kinds of issues we run into on a daily basis that we would need to call a plumber for. Jimmy's response time has been absolutely amazing! If I am unable to reach him because he is busy, he always gives me a call back within the hour. He always comes out the following business day to solve the issue at hand, there have even been times he comes the day of! He is quick efficient and is a friendly person to work with! Jimmy is an exceptional person. On Sunday evening I called Allstate Mechanical in distress because I was having plumbing issues. On Monday, Jimmy was already ready to help me find a solution. He did a great job!

Best Plumbing company ever!

Installed my water heater with new expansion tank and never secured the expansion tank which broke off and caused flood. This tank should have been secured properly after paying what I paid for it. Perfect example in there photos listed on their photos.

Dario from JNR plumbing was great! He was thorough and friendly and fixed the leak in our shower in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend JNR plumbing moving forward!

Martin helped replace my kitchen faucet and relocate an emergency shutoff valve for my water spigots. He also took the time to show me where my emergency shutoff valves were which was really nice of him. Highly recommend!

These guys are always quick, courteous careful and professional. This is my second year using them.

JNR Plumbing was excellent from my initial contact with the Company through the completion of the work by Dario. JNR arrived on time, explained the work that would be completed, and did a professional job servicing a fist time customer.

When I came home @ 1:30am to find my dripping sink over flowing, I knew the morning wasn't going to be good for me. I bail out the sink I placed a call to JNR Plumbing as soon as they opened( they had previously done some work for me ) The call was answered by Nicole who put my mind at ease when she informed met that she could dispatch someone in the next half hour to forty-five minutes. And within thirty minute David arrived. His professionalism and knowledge put my mind further at ease. He was able to provide me will a simple "English" explanation of what work would be required to stem the issue and gave me a detailed and fair estimate of work that would needed to be done to ensure that the issue would not recur. As someone who has dealt with JNR on more that one occasion I highly recommend them for you plumbing needs.

I needed to have a sump pump repaired that was originally done by the previous owner over 20 yrs ago. Dario evaluated the situation thoroughly and completely explained what had been done wrong and what needed to be done to make it right. Dario reviewed the cost involved and asked for my input. He came at 1pm with another plumber named Christian and both worked for 4 hours when the job was then completed. I also needed a new faucet in the bathroom which was completed. Dario was the most professional contractor I have ever had work on my home. Extraordinary attention to detail. I am so pleased with his knowledge and professional manner and of course, with the finished product. I will never use any other plumbing company. An extra bonus was that I was informed about who was coming, that included pictures, and I was given a map to see when they would be arriving. There were two men and both each wore a mask whenever they needed to speak to me. The best customer service I have ever received! Thank you.

I had a plumbing emergency with a burst pipe and JNR was very responsive. I couldn’t be happier with David, the tech they sent over. David was professional, inquisitive, diligent and friendly. A++

Dario came to my house to install a new deck mount for my jetted tub. He communicated everything from his arrival time- came a little early (with permission) - to each step of the installation. He was professional and respectful. Thank you Dario and JNR Plumbing!

I hired this company for a plumbing project with an agreed price of $23,000. After paying in full, they attempted to add an additional $10,000 in “overtime charges”, despite my repeated confirmation that I did not want overtime billing. I had other, cheaper quotes but chose this company based on recommendations. While the work passed town inspection, it was still performed incorrectly and unsafely—for example, piping hot water in my footbaths instead of calibrating them to room temperature required rework—and I had to hire other contractors to correct their mistakes so the system could function safely without injury to employees, staff and patients.

Instead of accountability, I have since been harassed by Jimmy with photos and messages. I wish to no longer be contacted, especially with condescending and passive aggressive approaches as this was not only an oversight, but negligence on their behalf. I am currently not pursuing charges for damages sustained during their work, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking transparency, proper workmanship, or respect. If you choose to follow through, make sure your expectations are cleared up in the fine print.

We were moving into a new home and discovered our dishwasher wasn't connected. I called JNR Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, and to my surprise, they had someone at our door within two hours. Amazing service!

Parke arrived and got everything up and running quickly and professionally. While he was there, he also inspected our tankless water heater and explained their maintenance program, which I’m definitely signing up for. He went above and beyond by offering additional helpful suggestions, like a water filtration system and a garbage disposal.

Truly excellent service from start to finish. So glad I found them. They’ve got a new customer for life!

Dario and Parke came over today to perform maintenance on our tankless water heater. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experts with our system. Before starting the work, Dario took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated.

While they were here, Dario also gave me a quote for a water filtration system, which I had requested. He walked me through the installation plan, and even asked a few questions about our sprinkler system and garage spigot to ensure everything would work perfectly.

It’s so reassuring to know you can trust the people you invite into your home to handle important tasks like these. Highly recommend their services!

Terrific!! Thomas and Mark worked expertly and quickly in spite of the many obstacles in my basement. Thomas was most patient about answering my many questions. The new hybrid hot water heater was installed and operational within about a week of my initial inquiry.

Marin Gayosso was on two service calls to a condo my wife and I are fixing up for a family member. He did a great job of assessing the situations, giving us an initial estimate and, when he discovered additional failed parts during one of the visits, advising us before proceeding. Easy to work with, did excellent work and we felt totally comfortable he was being both candid and truthful throughout. Integrity is SUCH a nice quality! Highly recommend!
