I’ve been using JNR for several years now for various repairs and upgrades, both planned and emergency visits. Dario and all of JNR’s team always come through for us! Dario has a great deal of experience and is always able to solve our problems even when it requires thinking outside the box. Our last project was a solution for the overly frequent filter changes due to our horrible well water (automatic backwashing sediment filter). The project turned out better than I expected, and now I even have a bypass for the next time one of my pumps fail. I trust him and the whole team to always do the job right the first time and at a fair price. They will continue to be my first choice for all my plumbing and heating needs!

JNR came within 30 mins after making an emergency call on a Saturday due to water coming out of our ceiling - could not have asked for better or more prompt service, especially on a weekend! l Martin was kind, thorough, and explained everything he was doing with a calm demeanor (when everything around was exceptionally chaotic). Steve, David and Martin are excellent. I would highly recommend JNR. They are super knowledable and friendly. I had my water heater break and they were out within 20minutes. The install was completed quickly and the workmanship is at the highest level.

Martin came out and solved a problem we had at our house since we moved in June. He is very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything to me with video he took from our pipes. His coworker Aidan was polite and helpful too. Although our house project isn’t done yet, I fully believe Martin is fully capable to fix the issues. I made the appointment yesterday and Martin came promptly today.

Dario was great! He’s knowledgeable and solved the issues with my boiler that two other company’s were unable to fix. If I had known Dario and JNR they would have been my first call. From now on they will be!

From the initial call through project completion, the experience was truly five-star. Every interaction was prompt and efficient, with excellent communication throughout. Our technicians, Parke and Aden, were true professionals - thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative - taking the time to explain each step of the process along the way.

These guys are great to work with! He came quickly, right when he said he would, and let me know when he was on his way. He was efficient, did a great job, and even cleaned up the accumulated water for us. He gave me some great advice about caring for our system. And at a reasonable price. Definitely working with them again.

Parke and Aden stopped by to replace some toilet supply valves/lines and also estimates for additional plumbing repair. They were courteous, thorough, and cleaned up very well. No complaints!

Excellent service provided by JNR and in particular Martin. I called the office around 11:30am and Martin was at our place within the hour. He took the time to explain everything and was able to resolve our plumbing issue and replace our disposal. Highly recommend this company and in particular Martin.

I contacted JNR Plumbing by email first, and they responded right away. When I called to set up an appointment, they scheduled a visit within two days at a time that worked perfectly for me. They also provided the COI right away, which I needed for my condo. I was able to send it to the property manager without any delay, and it made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

On the day of the appointment, the office called to let me know that the plumber, Parke, was running a little late — and I really appreciated that. Things happen, but they didn’t leave me hanging, which says a lot about their professionalism.

When Parke was on his way, I received a text with live tracking, just like an Uber or Lyft, so I could see exactly when he’d arrive. He showed up friendly, professional, and ready to get to work.

I showed him the issue: a completely corroded hot-water pressure regulator valve that had started leaking. He gave me a quote within minutes, and it was more than fair — actually less than I expected. I told him I needed it fixed that same day so I wouldn’t be stuck taking cold showers in freezing weather, and he took care of it without hesitation.

He finished the job in about an hour, left everything clean, and the new valve works perfectly. Parke was terrific — skilled, honest, and extremely easy to work with. Melinda in the office was just as friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

Everyone at JNR Plumbing was courteous, efficient, and totally tailored their service to my needs. With so many questionable plumbing reviews floating around, I can promise this one is real. Highly recommended.

To start, Dario gave me very detailed quote with multiple options to choose from. Prices were reasonable and I was confident that I am making the best choice because of the details provided. Dario and his crew did an excellent job and my heating system was up and running before family returned back home even with few complexities they had to resolve due to relatively old system installed. I will definitely count on JNR Plumbing for future jobs! Those guys know the craft.

Wow!

I damaged a fitting trying to repair a leak in our laundry room and needed a plumber to fix my mess and fix a few lingering issues in the house. I had a great experience with all aspects of the process - scheduling was easy, the dispatcher was responsive, Dario and David were excellent and answered all my questions, and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Very happy with the service and level of interaction. Highly recommend JNR!

Annoying — it’s a showroom with a lot of space and room and they carry on about having a dog and having to check with other customers and pet allergic employees. First ridiculous response I’ve ever had to having a dog with me while visiting a home showroom. Won’t be placing any of my multi-family or residential projects with these guys ever again. Done.

Best plumbing is the best, it's a wonderland of bathrooms and kitchens. If you go you must have Patty (in Stamford, CT) as your salesperson. There is no one more knowledgeable and with more experience! She knows the merchandise and can build you the bathroom or kitchen of your dreams.

The best customer service anywhere! Best will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. I did a very big renovation and as expected there were issues. Unlike other suppliers Best resolved the problems quickly, and made sure I was 100% pleased with the result. I highly recommend this company, especially for their responsive and professional sales and customer service organization.

Best plumbing store in the Greenwich / Stamford area. They really stand behind their products and are competitively priced. Everyone that I have recommended to BEST has been 100% happy with the service. See Joe or John - they are excellent at helping with all plumbing needs.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. as a practicing interior designer, I was very impressed with best plumbing - until I was spoken so rudely to by one of the service providers that I left the store. I decided to give them another shot and order a vanity from them as it was a beauty and in my budget. Not only did they submit the WRONG order for my vanity, they did not order it until well over a week after we paid, nor did they follow up with us- it was only after we saw too big a charge that WE discovered THEY made a mistake. a vanity we ordered in early December will not be coming til the end of February because of their sloppiness. The final straw? I was on hold for over TWO hours and not a single employee picked up the phone.. the battery wound up dying! I am extremely displeased with this company and their lack of professionalism and customer service.
