Got a difficult job done. Like that they are neat and clean and everything is cleaned up when they leave! Nice, friendly service team. Explain the work they are going to do. Answer questions and listen when you have questions of concerns.

Always great service! Thomas and Parke did a thorough inspection of both upstairs and the basement to locate what appeared to be a mysterious leak. They were knowledgeable, thoughtful in their problem-solving and very polite. I would welcome either/both back to deal which any future problems.

Best plumbing company I have used three occasions and will not be using any other plumbing company. Our tech Christopher was knowledgeable, professional, timely and an all around good tech. We have used JNR for steam sauna and toilet repair.

FANTASTIC service! I felt that Dario, Aden and the JNR team treated us professionally from my first call to signing off on the completed work. Another company tried to sell me a new grinder pump system without even properly assessing the problem. Dario took the time to assess, correct and repair the system at 15% of the cost of a new and unnecessary replacement! AND... they treated my property with care... even my surrounding flower beds were unharmed. JNR will be called for all my future plumbing work.

Great service, competitive pricing, and excellent at communicating. They sent a text with the plumbers' pictures and bios so I'd know who was coming in, and did a detailed and clear estimate of the work to be done initially so there wouldn't be any surprises.

I've used them again, and they were able to come deal with a leaking shower spigot quickly and professionally, and correct some issues left by the plumber I used before JNR. Still great communication and prompt service!

David is an Awesome. Technician, Knowledgeable, Helped Us Out for a Bad Frozen Pipe Situation and gave us some great tips. We will be calling JNR back for sure down the road to winterize in the summer!!!!

JNR is a well oiled machine and they have invested in their tech and back office to make the process streamlined and up to date. I like working with them because they can easily quote a simple job in a few short steps and they have plenty of staff to take care of the paperwork side. They even have a GPS that texts you when your technician is on their way. Very easy to reach and very professional on site.

Great communication and excellent technician. Martin explained us in details all the system maintenance problems and possible solutions. He took photos of all the trouble parts and common corrosion in our Navien system which helped us to make a conscious decision about the budget and which repair we should perform first to guarantee the water system proper functioning.
