Three cheers for Rob, who saved Christmas by restoring my water! My pipes froze on Christmas Eve and, depsite the holiday rush, Putnam Plumbing was incredibly quick in sending someone over to help. Rob was extremely responsive and somehow managed to get water flowing again quickly, despite a very very frozen pipe! He is great and truly saved the day! I'm so grateful.

I'm not sure about the several 1 star reviews for this company, but I've yet to have any bad experience or subpar issues with Putnam Plumbing.

I've read some of the reviews, and a couple folks said they are rude, etc. I'm not sure I've ever met a plumber who wasn't a little rough around the edges or slightly gruff, and I say that out of kindness and with a smile on my face.

The woman who works there in accounts receivable / reception / administration is really kind as well.

We use them for our commercial space in Harbor Point, and I hope our services with them continue to be 5 star.

Putnam Plumbing always has great service and has quick response to emergency situations

Putnam’s Technicians are very well trained.
Their scheduling and office staff are very courteous and competent.
They are family owned and operated.
Don’t look for any bargains here, but you get what you pay for.
They are on the high end with pricing, however less expensive companies frequently have multiple visits for the same issue, which wind up costing you more.
I have used many plumbing companies and I would rather pay more knowing that the job is done right and guaranteed.

Putnam Plumbing has always been reliable and professional in their work. I have used them recently for leaky faucets, toilet replacement and most recently, new gas hot water heater.

Putnam has helped us with big and small jobs over many years. They always respond promptly and do excellent work. The plumbers are highly skilled, hard working and friendly. They are our 'go to" plumbers. I highly recommend!

A serviceman named Corey was dispatched as soon as I called. Had a problem with two toilets. He diagnosed the problem in seconds, fixed the problem in minutes. Personable professional who does fine work. Excellent service. Couldn't be better. Carrie, the dispatcher, is excellent, too.

Eddie and DJ were great! Eddie has worked at our house before and we have always found him to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped diagnose a complicated problem and worked efficiently to help us address it. Highly recommend!
