I'm very happy for all the work Stronghold did in my house...Shane is an excellent person to talk to, he was very thrilled to explain the work that they will do and he answer all my questions, the carport looks great and they workedon my roof too...I highly recommend Stronghold😊

Be careful with this company.recently I use this computer for my roof replacement. They told me they will change all drip edge they charge me for all drip edge. Later I found out they did not change the drip edge for proof I have attached the picture. Please be careful using this company.

With my neighbor's referral, I originally contacted Eric about a leak. He indicated I had bigger problems than just a leak, because my roof needed replacing. He initiated the insurance claim on my behalf, we got the approval, and the roof was quickly replaced. Jonathan oversaw the team's work and I must say he was the most observant crew manager I've ever seen! He was very conscientious about seeing that everything was cleaned up, including his own final walk-through of the driveway to ensure there were no nails or debris left behind after the trash truck left. Great experience overall and would definitely use them again.

After Hurricane Beryl, Bryan came out and did a free inspection on my roof and started the process with insurance for me. He handled a lot of the communication and paperwork which was so helpful! When insurance denied my claim, Bryan reassured me he could fight it. He fought it and stronghold got insurance to approve my roof. The work on my roof was quick and high quality. Bryan was so easy to work with. Very personable and wants what’s best for the customer. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Andrew and the Stronghold team! They helped us from the very beginning and was always available anytime we needed. Honest guys, great materials, and great workmanship. We got our whole roof replaced and it was a much easier process than it usually is, thanks to the information and guidance from Andrew!

Nick from stronghold was a pleasure to work with. At the beginning, we had some issues with Texas wind storm so Nick helped me find someone to handle my claim and after several months we finally got the approval. When it came to getting the roof put on the whole team did a wonderful job on my roof, and made the process very easy! I am very happy with my new roof and definitely recommend Stronghold!

Ken Gunter, my Project Manager with Stronghold, was extremely helpful in a multitude of ways during an unexpected, but necessary, new roof installation due to storm damage. From our first visit to our last, he was professional, patient, kind and understanding, even going out of his way to advise me on replacing my fence. It was great to have Ken and Stronghold work directly with TWIA on filing the claim and furthermore completing necessary paperwork to ensure future compliance. Getting guidance from Ken on everything from picking out the type of shingles, color, quality, to working with me on cost and payment was exceptional. Highly recommend! Worked with Steve Spence for a roof replacement after storm damage was found. Steve was so helpful and professional through the entire process. He is thorough and always available to answer questions, and followed up without fail. In late May of 2024, a major hailstorm occurred in my area, and I found the need to have a qualified roofer who could walk with the insurance adjuster to assure I had an advocate on my side in dealing with my insurance provider. Jason showed up and walked the property with the adjuster to assure all items which were damaged during the hailstorm were addressed. Once the claim was approved, Jason and his team went to work to replace my roof. Stronghold's installers were highly professional and where able to install a new roof on a 2,500 square foot house in less than a couple of days. I would highly recommend Stronghold Restoration and Roofing for your roofing and restoration needs. Jason kept us informed through the entire process and handled all of the filing requests with my insurance provider.

Great company. All employees I worked with were great. Jen the project manager walked me through the steps of a roof replacement. She was present through out all the project.

We highly recommend Stronghold Restoration Roofing Company for the fabulous work they did with our roof. We are impressed with their wonderful customer service skills. Not only our roof looks great, but we are very satisfied with their professionalism, commitment, constant communication, and attention to detail. Brandon organized all the aspects of the job starting with communication with insurance, the dismantling and reinstalling of solar panels, link for payment, and painter for water damage. He was in constant communication with us and with our insurance company to obtain seamless transactions. They also offered financial assistance with Wells Fargo to pay your deductive and it is interest free for 18 months if you need it. The workers left our front and backyard as they found it, every piece of debris was picked up in addition to the neighbors yard. They also vacuumed the gutters and replaced the vents on the roof. Consider hiring them if you ever need their roof replacement services, you won’t be disappointed

I have nothing but good things to say about Stronghold. Jennifer made things really easy for my family during this whole process. She was very straight forward and answered all of my questions (first time homeowner - so I had a lot of ignorant questions!). She was present when the adjuster came out and it was a very smooth process. We also had a newborn baby during the roof replacement - and he did not lose any sleep at all the day they replaced our roof. They were very professional and accommodating. And went above and beyond with cleaning - my front yard looked better after they were done before they put on the new roof. Very easy/smooth experience. Thanks Jennifer and crew!

Nick Blackberne knocked on our door and asked to inspect our roof, as there has been some hail damage reported in our area. So glad that he did. Nick was very professional, prompt on answering questions for us and dealing with an insurance adjuster and Windstorm inspector. Everything was seamless from the beginning to the end. He literally took care of everything. His crew was also incredible. They were here before 7 AM on a Thursday and we’re finished by 3:30 PM the same afternoon. The project manager and crew did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup. We are very satisfied with results. We would recommend Stronghold restoration and roofing to anyone who needs a professional and reliable company to do any work that needs to be done on their home.
