Fantastic experience from day one. We worked with Caleb who was professional, communicated everything, and honest. We got 3 quotes and went with Caleb due to the above. We wanted an out of stock shingle and he worked with us to get it, no pressure to switch colors. Crew was very professional and cleaned up well. A supplier damaged our gate when dropping off material and Caleb had the issue fixed right away. Quality seems great. Caleb worked with our insurance adjuster and we are very pleased. Would absolutely recommend and go with them again.

Steve put into practice the All Ears company’s moto “Listen”. Throughly went over several options, answering my questions and working within my budget. Between Steve and Nathan, I couldn’t be happier with the entire team and the final results. The roof looks great!

I hate to be that person but man the extreme cold calling after putting an inquiry is wild. I submitted interest the night before. The following morning they begin blowing my phone up! I answer after the 5th call to let the guy know I don’t appreciate the phone blow up and felt they didn’t respect my time so I wouldn’t be interested in their business any longer. The guy responded with “so sorry to take away from your precious time!”
I’m all about respecting people’s time and it wasn’t urgent to schedule my estimate appointment.

Recently had my patio flat roof repaired by All Ears Roofing. Steve Jackson was great! He did the assessment and provided a detailed explanation of the needed work in the quote. Cost was reasonable and competitive.

Ask for Keni, Chris Ryan, Joey, Chris, Phil or Steve. They’re transparent, hard working & always look for a way to take care of their clients. Helped family get a new roof, gutters and downspouts. If you want a 5 star service at a 3-4 star price depending on what package you select and you care about the company treating you like a person, remembering the little details about what your main concern is and at the same time even educating and showing you proof of things that other people including you (the homeowner) missed. I’d recommend them any day, any time to anyone. If you’re willing to make a same day commitment then you even get a bit more room to negotiate. Still honest and fair even when money is involved. I went with their qualifying payment plan options. Definitely be prepared to have all parties involved at the time of the inspection because they are busy (I see why) if you and your co-signer are not there it can definitely hold up the process & affect availability and pricing.

Met with Phil today and he was there to give me an estimate and roof inspection: We spent some time discussiong the Company and it's certifications as well as the shingle options they normally carry. All Ears does not normally install Owens Corning shingles however they do provide an adequte solution using CertainTeed shingles in a Class 3 variety and that is what I want - class 3.

He inspected the roof and attic and we discussed some of the shortcoming of my situation, mostly around ventilation - which I already knew my soffets were not ventilated soffets - however, it was something the others I have spoken to about the same roofing requirments did not point out.

I felt very comfortable with him and he gave me the cost estimate to completly replace my roof on both my home and garage. The price was a little higher that the others I have received to date however that would not disuade my choosing them if All Ears turns out to be the better company after further research.

Had a great experience with Chris Platt of Manchac Roofing after Hurricane Beryl. Start to finish Chris was very attentive and thorough. He walked the process through including meeting with TWIA reps to make sure we were all on same page. Followed through all the way to the final inspection.
Installation crew were efficient, hardworking, and clean, especially during this Texas heat. Highly recommend!!

I had some roofing repairs done recently, and I have to say, Keni was amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. He made sure the work was done right, kept me updated along the way, and the crew left everything spotless. The roof looks great, and I feel so much better knowing it was handled by someone I can trust. I’d recommend Keni to anyone needing roofing work!

So, I saw on their page they offer free estimates. I called them. Next day their sale person showed up. Everything was nice until they gave me the price which is around 25k I told them I need times to think about it. Then, ALL HELL BREAK LOOSE... The sale person was acting upset and made us feel uncomfortable... he called multiple people on the phone. Claiming they are managers... And put me on the phone with these people. These people are very rude, unprofessional and extremely pushy and most importantly, they are not ALL EARS at all... They are more like HERES-YOUR-ESTIMATE-NOW-GIVE-ME-MONEY GUYS... glad I didn't choose them to do my roof.

I am very pleased with the roof installation. The work was completed on schedule, and the crew maintained a clean, organized worksite throughout the project.

Great group of guys! Helpful before my project, held my hand through the insurance claim, and did everything they said they would do. I have a large roof, and they even did it all in 1 day. Left my yard cleaner then it was before they started. Would definitely recommend to a friend!!

They began at 6:00AM on the dot, and were so polite and caring when I had to leave to go to Dialysis. My new roof and gutters are pictures perfect!! I recommend them 100%!!

We had someone come out to give us a quote. After his long spiel about how they’re the best and really listen to customers, he gave us a ridiculously high price. When I said we’d need to think about it, he got pushy—“I can save you money if you schedule next week, let me call my boss.” No thanks, sir. We’re getting other quotes. The next day, a highly reviewed, well-respected company came out and gave us a quote for LITERALLY HALF the price. Needless to say, the new roof is gonna be put on in two days, and we’re saving 15k!
