I am very satisfied with the way All Ears Roofing took care of my property. The details were explained thoroughly. The date given to do the roof replacement was kept, the roofers arrived early and completed the excellent replacement within the same day. The clean up after the roof replacement was perfect, and the new roof makes my home look 100 times better. If you try All Ears Roofing you will be satisfied. Retired Veteran. I needed a new roof and went to Angie’s List. All Ears Roofers quickly contacted me first, I asked for a meet the same day and they showed up by 6 pm. When we asked about a Military Discount, this company honored me with a huge discount. The “Landmark” roof product had a great warranty for its products and labor for any repairs. The entire project was finance with a very low monthly rate that we could manage. The Sales Rep was awesome, courteous, professional and answered all my questions. The Project Manager arrived on site the day of the install and answered all my questions too, very professional as well. It took 7 hours for the team to complete the job and only 3 days to get the new roof from first contact! I highly recommend All Ears Roofing.

As one of the several options we investigated for the roof replacement of our house, we contacted Chris from Manchac Roofing. He did an excellent job explaining their products with his in-depth knowledge and perspective and he also helped us to get a good deal for the roofing project, which finally convinced us to take their service. Chris then walked us through the scheduling process, keeping us in a loop every step of the way. He always explained all the details from selection of top quality certainteed shingles to 25 yrs warranty service of the plan and he answered every question patiently from us. The installation crew also did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly as scheduled. Chris performed the quality check with us afterwards and we are very satisfied with the newly replaced roof which is gorgeous. We greatly appreciate the high-quality job that was done at our house from Manchac Roofing and we would highly recommend Chris and the company to anyone who has the needs!

All Ears did an incredible job on our roof. Blake was excellent in making sure that we were satisfied and went above & beyond to earn our business. Jake & Jared, made sure that the job was completed with excellence.
The crew completed our large roof replacement in just 1 day, they worked very hard and efficiently. Prior to starting, they tarped our entire pool.
They had the perfect system going, with trash pick up multiple times throughout the day.
Roofing materials were delivered the day before and they started working on our roof around 5am, done and cleaned up very well by 6pm. I was very happy to see they take a 2 hour lunch break during such a long day and make sure their crews are taken care of.
They listened to our concerns & priorities. As with any major home improvement job there were a couple unavoidable issues that arose, but they handled them very professionally and left us extremely satisfied. If you are hesitant like I was, don't be, they really do live up to their promises. It's no wonder they have such a great reputation and 5 star reviews.

Chris from All Ears Roofing came out to inspect our roof. From the start he was kind, courteous, and respectful of our home and to our family. He gave us a detailed report of our roof with no sugar coating. Turns out it was time and we would need a full replacement.

He came back later that week with a detailed plan and showed us all the materials that they use and why they stand a part from other roofers. We got to see the difference in the roofing materials and color options. There was no pressure to buy, but I knew there was a reason why they were so highly recommended.

We made our decision to use weathered wood, but as I thought about it with the color of our brick and siding that maybe that wasn't the right choice. A quick text to Chris asking for his recommendation and we changed it to moire black. Boy am I glad we took his recommendation as it is perfect for our house. All it took was a quick signature and we had a change order then and there.

The roof install was scheduled less than a week later. The crew arrived on time and finished in one day. I was told by other people that I would be cleaning up nails for days after but that just wasn't the case, they did a really good job of cleaning up behind themselves despite it starting to rain at the end of the job.

I had some clean up concerns that I texted Chris about after the install and he even came out the next morning and handled what he could and sent a crew to finish the remaining small items.

I am truly blown away by how much they care for their customers. Customer service and attention to details is what sets them apart!I am so glad I went with All Ears Roofing and can't recommend them enough! If you need a new roof, what are you waiting for?

I must say that this company stands by their name All Ears Roofing we listen. Michael Logan, Sales Rep, came and inspected my roof and from the time he walked through the door was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed to have done after his inspection. He wasn't pushy but took his time explaining exactly what needed to be done and questions I had he was straight forward giving me answers. Crew was top notch cleared all debris from the yard. My roof looks brand new. I highly recommend All Ears Roofing and if you're looking for someone reliable, honest and trustworthy Michael Logan is the one to call. I want to thank Allears Roofing Company for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, their getter done work ethic, the quality materials they use, and the superb clean up of garbage and debris once the job was completed. From start to finish of my roof I was impressed with this company. I worked with Joey Perez who came out did the initial inspection and quote of my roof and gutters, this girl knows her stuff and she is going to make sure her knowledge and expertise are revealed in all the details while educating you on your roof, what's needed, and how Allears Roofing is a company you can trust. Then I had an opportunity to meet Nathan who was the project manager on the installation of my roof, the guys started at about 6 am and they had completed my roof and cleaned up my property by 2:30 pm. Nathan came inside to inspect the attic and give me an aerial view of my completed roof while allowing time for questions or concerns during the walk-through. It was an extremely smooth process I am pleased with the warranty as roofs are not cheap. I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for and I believe this company offered fair pricing. I trust in the Lord and I acknowledge Him regarding all things and I believe this company was a God sent. Thank you Allears Roofing ☺️

They can do cuteness! I had a well house that had wood siding and shingles on the roof. The shingles had grown the best patch of moss ever. The squirrels and woodpeckers had used the wellhouse has their local form of entertainment. It was full of holes and chewed corners. I called these guys. They came to the rescue with tan siding, barn red metal roof and window shutters, and a white walkthrough door. It looks fantastic……and so cute!!! They did it to match the metal barn that I just built. Everyone that sees it loves it. I am bringing them back for another project this month. Cannot wait to see how that one turns out. VLR removed and rebuilt our deck very promptly and professionally. The crew had tremendous work ethic, working quickly and efficiently to get the job done, and done well. We are very happy with our new deck, and would recommend VLR. We will use them again in the future for other services.

VLR Homes did extensive work on my home. Full-house interior painting, new flooring, and extensive electrical work. Outside they installed a flagstone patio with a firepit and hand built a hog wire fence. They removed a rotted deck and replaced with composite material. Their prices are very fair, and the owner provided the best customer service while exceeding my expectations of completion dates. I would definitely recommend VLR Homes and will use them again when the need arises!
