I highly recommend Dustin Vetal with Manchac Roofing. Dustin went above and beyond what I expected in our roof replacement experience after we were hit by a major storm. He explained what all repairs were needed, and guided us through the insurance process and repairs. From start to finish we were informed of every step until completion. Replacement only took one day. Items around the exterior of the home were carefully moved or protected. Clean up afterward was top notch. Quality of their work and materials used are top rated.

Chris Platt was excellent and was one of the big reasons I chose to go with All Ears. He was knowledgeable, polite, and treated me like a friend. He explained to me the products and services they offer and the process for installation and clean up. He wasn't pushy and gave me room to make my decision between all the estimates I received.

My researched showed that All Ears is a good company and takes care of its customers. Their warranty is also good, so I ultimately felt comfortable going with them.

Roofing crew and salesman were all great. Worked fast to complete job in one morning and cleaned up all around house afterwards. They were very polite, and even moved their truck during job so that I could get out of garage (should have done it night before, but didn't realize they were starting so early). I did not get soffit done on first run, but they told me in advance that this would probably be the case, and I was just happy to get roofing done before the bad weather came. Only needed 1/2 of roof done, and they obliged. Thanks Nate and Reese.

Everyone from the sales person to every single individual on their team was professional, easy to work with, and it was obvious they knew their jobs. The entire work was done in one day with a beautiful result. All the mess was completely cleaned up. They put everything back onto our patio like it had been before And didn’t leave until we were totally satisfied. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needed to have their roof repaired or replaced.

Despite the scorching August heat, they worked tirelessly throughout the day and completed the job by 6 PM. We were impressed by their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the worksite. To our amazement, we haven't found a single nail in the past week!

Highly Recommend All Ears Roofing Services. My inspector who met with me was extremely thorough and detail oriented. He was kind and not pushy yet informative. The pricing is fair, there is cheaper out there but I feel all ears is the best Bang for your buck. I worked with Reese. If you have doubts, don’t worry, they did great.

We worked with Gahriel! Not Gabriel, Gahriel! He came in and explained everything perfectly! He was super patient and educated us on what was wrong with our roof, pointed out things no other companies did and showed us how they would fix it. Came back to our house after it was built and showed us pics as well as did an extra clean with a magnet roller around our property for any potentially missed nails. Very happy with our experience!

This is easily one of the nicest and most professional roofing installers in the area. We had damage to many shingles and Gabe plisek was able to answer our questions and help make the process very simple and easy.

Just had my roof replaced after Hurricane Beryl. I was cleaning up outside when Greg Vetal came by and offered to check the roof with his drone. My damage was minimal, but the roof was at tit's end of life. Greg and Dustin were great to work with and explained the materials and processes well.
