We recently worked with VLR Homes LLC, who are now continuing their business under their new name, CTN Roofing LLC. Led by Francisco, the team impressed us from the very beginning — with their immediate response when we first inquired, their quick turnaround on an estimate, and now, a beautifully completed backyard project.

The quality of their work is outstanding, with careful attention to detail that gave our project that extra touch of finesse. Throughout the process, their kindness, professionalism, and dedication shined through.

A new name, but the same incredible team and the same top-notch service! We will absolutely be working with them again for future projects, and I’ll happily recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional workmanship and service.

Very impressed with efficiency and thoroughness of the crew. Crew of 6 removed old shingle roof, repaired area of rot from racoon damage, installed new architectural shingle roof, and did thorough clean-up - ALL IN ONE DAY. All recommended flashing, new vent boots, felt, and roof cap were properly installed - far superior to the prior roof installation 20 years ago.

Fransisco and his team build a gorgeous deck for us! As amazing as the deck looks, whats even better is the quality of work that they performed. Lots of attention to detail! And, their work ethic is so superior to recent work that we had done with our gutters, and windows! We received four quotes for our deck and they were the lowest. Impressive work! VLR repaired our floors. They did a beautiful job. They gave me the best bid and quickly completed the work for us. We will always recommend!

We just had VLR Homes put a new roof on our house. It looks awesome. The crew that John had worked very well together from time they arrived to the time they were finished. They were very professional. The care they took to protect shrubs and exterior decking was impressive as was their clean up. I have other projects that I need to have done and I will definitely have them back to do them. I will recommend them to anyone that needs work on their home. Thank you John. Job well done.

We had a small job as the wind blew a piece of siding off the front of our house. I was very pleased that VLR was willing to come and look at this small job. They came in one day and completed the work with no issues. They matched our siding perfectly and the installation was done quickly. Looks like new.

VLR repaired our home after a tree fell during a severe storm. Leaving a hole in the roof, damaged chimney, and flattened our side porch. We had the tree removed by our tree trimmer. Then John from VLR came by to give a quote. He took the time to cover hole in roof and secure cover in place. This before being hired.
VLR beat all speculation as to what kind of work we would receive. For the porch, 6 x 6 post 2 to 2 ½ feet deep in ground with rebar and concrete. Steps with rails, heavy duty and space below step covered. Tongue and groove pine ceiling. Rails custom made with (4) 2 x 4s supporting each rail. We could go on and on about the work. Superb.
Summary-roof, chimney, and porch all repaired and no engineering price increase.
VLR family owned and all involved in operation. Always returned calls, text, and e-mails.
We have already requested more quotes to improve our home for enjoyment and value.

VLR homes did a fantastic job building my porch roof on my existing concrete patio. Francisco was great to work with and answered all my questions. Communication and workmanship was top notch!

VLR replaced our siding, roof and gutters, replaced a frensh door, and poured a stamped concrete path and steps for us. Francisco was responsive and easy to work with. He was flexible when we asked for minor changes. When one of the doors had slight damage from the factory he arranged for its replacement. The entire project was on time and on budget. Highly recommended!

This is my third project with Francisco and his company. I cannot say enough about their work and how thorough they are. I strayed once with a lower bid on a “two week” project that lasted 10 weeks. Never again. We have more projects in the future and VLR is our only choice for our home projects! We love our new vinyl siding and can’t wait to create a new entertainment space in our back yard!

I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen!! We chose VLR because it is a local family owned business, and because it was a big job, and Francisco made us feel right from the beginning, that it would be done right.
Juvenal worked tirelessly to give us the kitchen of our dreams. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are unbelievable. Everything he did, he did as if were a remodel in his own home.
I would highly recommend VLR, and we will be calling them for our next project as well.

These guys are amazing. I had them look at the job on Tuesday, their crew came Thursday and finished in one day. Every person I met on this project was courteous and professional. The worksite was cleaned very well. I can’t really tell that they were even here- aside from my two new doors they installed. I could not have asked for a better experience. VRL Homes did an awesome job replacing our fascia boards and installing new gutters! The crew was on time, professional, and easy to work with. Everything looks great, and they left the place spotless. Highly recommend them for any exterior home projects!

John and his crew demolished our old deck and rebuilt a beautiful new composite deck for us. Their work ethic and professionalism were outstanding. We were so impressed with the quality of their work. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Incredible service and crew! They worked quickly and the quality of work was fantastic. The crew remodeled a laundry room and bathroom, removing old tile flooring and laying new travertine tile flooring. While remodeling a plumbing issue was discovered. They efficiently fixed the plumbing issue, rerouted pipes and even moved around hookups. In addition to this they removed and installed new lighting, painted a large portion of the inside home, including vaulted ceilings and walls. The crew was very careful and covered everything when painting to protect the furniture and floors. At the end of each day the remodeling areas were swept and left tidy for the work to begin the next morning. Incredibly prompt, great quality work, reliable and overall great people! 💯 recommend using this company!

I reached out to vlr homes for an estimate and they got back to me the same day to schedule a visit to my property. Francisco was very knowledgeable and great to work with! I had been planning a project for many years now and finally decided it was time, they got the work done within a week of me accepting the proposal, which I was very pleased about. The quality of work was fantastic, will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a contractor.

We began in sort of a turmoil due to our delayed orders on our part and no fault of VLR. Once a Bidet for one bathroom arrived, and finally the Wheelchair access walk-in Tub arrived, the VLR crew were on it! I had provided a crude drawing of what we wanted and the construction folks were artist’s in their own right! Here is our new bathroom closet and tub AND the bidet! Done and done just the way we wished! Thank you, VLR!

We had an incredible experience with this company. They showed up on time and did an amazing job. We had a huge crack in our retaining wall which my husband filled. We had VLR paint all the brick on the house and wall. We are so happy with everything. The job was done in record time and the price was great too. I would use them again and recommend anyone to use them

John Romero and his crew was very professional and timely. John stayed in touch with me and always responded to me if I had a question. After the project was completed (only took 3 days) the crew not only took everything off the porch before the project, they put everything back. I love my new roofing on my porch and can't thank them enough! Definitely Recommend!

John and the crew of VLR homes did a wonderful job on our upstairs renovation. Agreed to the project scope, did progressive walkthroughs during the job and finished on time and on budget.
