My husband and I bought our first home in August. We had looked around for a while but fell in love with the Bloomfield homes in Painted Tree! Francis was so helpful while we were deciding which floor plan to buy and helping get us exactly what we wanted. The builder, Ryan, was great during the buying process. He ensured the home was perfect for us upon closing and move in. We love our home and the community so much and are so happy we decided to buy a Bloomfield home in the Woodland District! The yard is a great size for our dog, and we love going on walks throughout the neighborhood on the trails!

My home buying experience with Bloomfield Homes is exceptionally excellent!!! The Sales Manager Francisco Carrasco and the Construction Manager Ryan Rowe are both professional and fantastic with unparalleled customer services. In addition, the closing process with BH Title agency was wonderful. It appears Bloomfield Homes has the best staff in the region. I can’t say enough how good everyone and everything is. My personal rating is A+.

During a recent visit to Southgate with a friend in search of a house, I encountered an unsettling incident. Upon entering a property, the saleswoman exclusively greeted my friend and focused her attention solely on her throughout our visit, completely disregarding my presence. Even though I'm the one looking for a house. This lack of acknowledgment persisted even as we left the premises. Despite this off-putting experience, I must note that the house itself is truly stunning. I would highly recommend anyone in the Painted Tree area to take a moment to visit and appreciate this property.

We considered building a 60’ series home with Southgate in Painted Tree and had a great sales experience with both Heather and Connor. It was a very close and difficult decision for us but we decided to build a 50’ series house with Southgate instead. I highly recommend working with Heather and Connor!
