Franklin is exceptionally knowledgeable and adept at explaining technical questions in easily understandable terms. He is also very prompt in providing estimates and is remarkably skilled at working with insurance companies. While several others told me there was no hail damage, Franklin successfully secured coverage for my roof. I highly recommend Franklin due to his expertise in both insurance matters and roofing, his understanding of quality workmanship, and the superior warranty he provides compared to most roofing companies.

I had many missing shingles after a recent storm. The insurance denied Roof replacement and opted for repair. Jaimie negotiated with them and explained why we need full replacement, they finally agreed. 2 weeks later I had a new roof. The work began and finished on time. The workers were cordial and very professional. They covered my pool and placed tarp all the way around the house. They made sure everything was clean before they left. Quality exteriors accepted the insurance payment minus my deductible. I highly recommend this company.
