When we began our water mitigation and restoration "adventure", never did we think of all the moving parts that would need to be addressed. Nor did we imagine what we were about to experience when we had the water issue. From the very beginning, starting with Nick Shaw, to the end of our project with Scott Ninneman, we were treated with kindness, understanding and respect. Nick Shaw, PM, for the mitigation, was outstanding, provided clear communication, answering all our many questions and his mitigation crew, Dylan, Alex, Josh, Chase, and Owen are the most polite, kind, sincere and hard working, always texted when they were on the way, updated us with what had to be completed. They even understood when we thought we couldn't go another day with the fans and dehumidifier noise, then actually couldn't sleep when they removed them due having a quiet house :) Fast forward to the restoration, JP Cannon, PM, was understanding, listened with intent, very responsive to messages, and got the ball rolling on our restoration. Frankie and Michael reset our cabinets, again the most polite, kind, sincere, and hard working. Scott Ninneman stepped in for JP and continued the excellent service that we had grown accustomed to. Scott patiently listened to our concerns, never ending questions, and provided prompt updates including action items. Of course, as with any project, we had a couple of hiccups, which Scott immediately addressed and rectified. Also, a shout out to Rachel McMillen for her kindness, understanding, listening to and answering my never ending questions. I wouldn't wish mitigation or restoration on anyone, however, highly recommend Southeast Restoration of Nashville to take care of your project should the need arise.

We had an incredible experience with Southeast Restoration. We were expecting twins in a few weeks when our fridge leaked and caused extensive damage to our downstairs. SR handled everything from dealing with insurance to demo and rebuilding everything perfectly. It was the most painless experience I’ve ever had while dealing with home repairs. Jeremy and Kevin truly went above and beyond to help us so we did not have to worry about anything with our newborns. We couldn’t recommend them more!

South East gave us prompt attention when our house flooded from a burst pipe. They were courteous & took extreme care with our property.

Jake and his young partner Steve?? (forgive me if Steve is not the correct name) were wonderful and went above and beyond the call of duty this morning. Jake took the time to answer all my questions, while his young co-worker moved additional debris to the edge of my property. Then they cut up and moved the limb, which landed on and damaged my deck to the edge of the property as well. They were wonderful.

I cannot express the hard work your team of Dylan, DJ, Briley and Larry have done on the project at my home. They have worked tirelessly and stayed in constant communication with me. I highly recommend your company

A plumbing leak is one of the most stressful events a homeowner could face. Southeast Restoration made the situation bearable. They accommodated our schedule when completing the mitigation activities, and coordinated with our insurance company making this a seamless process. The crew is incredibly responsive, competent and communicative.
We had a catastrophic flood (burst pipes) during the ice storm of January 2026. While all the national chains were overwhelmed and couldn’t get to us for days, Southeast was there that night with a crew and equipment. They worked until late into the night to mitigate the damage throughout the house, and were right back the next day to continue the work. They haven’t left our side since as the work has continued for several weeks with many more of reconstruction ahead. They haven’t left our taken the headache of dealing with the insurance company, further easing our minds. Cannot recommend Southeast more highly.

We had a water leak which originated from the pipe in between hallway bathroom and laundry room wall. Plumber came and fix it and our home insurance referred us to Southeast Restoration of Nashville and they came in and had some people dry the floor and walls, fix the wall, replace the entire flooring on the ground floor. Harrison, Chad, and Scott and their team JK, Lenos and Hector were very patient, quick to respond and answered all the questions I had from project duration, process to wall paint color, and wood floor color and texture I want installed. They went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with their work and always provided follow through... very client-centric! Their attention to detail is phenomenal! If I need any work done in my home... I would definitely reach out to them again! Thank you so much for making my home look its best again! You guys are amazing!!!

Scott and Jeremy did a great job restoring our house to perfection after our ac flooded the upstairs. They are professional and courteous and were responsive to our many reuses. I highly recommend southeast restoration for your big jobs!

Scott and Jeremy were my project managers and they were pleasant, communicative, and flexible. The quality of the workers they sent was top-notch, always cleaned up after themselves, did very professional work in days not weeks. I have nothing bad to say about these guys, they were fantastic - the repairs on our bathroom involved new tile, new toilets, sheet rock work, and paint.

The sheetrock guys left almost no dust and even mopped the floors before they left, And the painters were specifically excellent, quickly covering everything in plastic, and I didn't have to move anything. Except for the new paint you couldn't even tell they were there. They repaired or replaced moldings so that things were better than before.

We were very happy that the Southeast Restoration were able to get a crew out so quickly given the weather conditions the week of the winter storm.

Duncan, Megan, Rachel & Thomas were great at communicating what was happening on their end, the anticipated timeline and that they understood the urgency.

Hector, Ben, and their fellow crew member were thorough in their demo work and also getting my car uncovered so I could pull it out. Great work!
