When I say I’m forever loyal to Restoration Maintenance company for their immediate response to handle our mold situation we found while renovating our home, I mean forever loyal! They are a profound team (Jason, Ian, Jesse, Brent, & the other man I forgot his name) of professional, amazing, & compassionate people who are very price competitive! If I could give you all more than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the good work, & thank you!!!

I found the a/c leak in the interior closet of my mom's condo the evening she died. After completing the initial clean up myself, I interviewed five companies. Thankfully I called Restoration Maintenance; they were the fifth one I interviewed. They didn't use scare tactics, they were compassionate and provided a fair estimate for the work. I would hire them again, they were professional, finished the job in a timely manner and made the space look exactly how it used to look.

We are seasonal homeowners and found out from a friend that we had a flooded townhouse. RM responded immediately. They identified all the wet areas, pulled up carpet, removed baseboards, and hit the townhouse with a ton of fans. They got rid of all the moisture and helped us avoid bigger problems with mold. Julio checked in with us every day to give us status updates. They gave us tons of pictures to help with our insurance claim, and their prices were very reasonable for the scope of services provided. We highly recommend them!

Julio and team were incredible and helped mitigate water damage in my house within an hour after calling them. Their whole team is incredible communicative and worked with my insurance along the way. Can’t thank them enough for their help during this stressful time.

Our washer overflowed and flooded 3 rooms. After calling Restoration Maintenance they came out within 2 hours. They were professional and courteous. They explained exactly what they needed to do and why they were doing it. My biggest concern was getting mold in the drywall. So grateful that that they took my concerns seriously and handled the job seamlessly while keeping me informed of what they were going to do to mitigate the problem. Due to their extensive experience and skill, they dried everything out and no water damage was evident. We will always call them first for any water intrusion issues and recommend them as well. My wife and I are having our first child and had to fix a wall in that room, we were greeted with mold on the dry wall and behind that on the concrete. Restoration maintenance did a great job helping remove mold from the apartment of my rental property. They were fast to come clean up the water and treat the mold before it could spread more. A+ customer service.

Restoration Maintenance was a great help when I had water damage. Julio came out on Sunday and cleared out the water and set out fans and and dehumidifiers. He took care of everything that needed attention He also came back the next 4 days. Julio also took care of the claim for the insurance company. I was very satisfied with everything that he did.

Highly recommend. I called for an emergency leak and they showed within minutes to start taking care of the water remediation. I primarily dealt with Julio who was fantastic with his communication and constantly kept me in the loop. They are knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and extremely helpful during a very stressful process.

I can't say enough good things about dealing with this company. They came out the day I called and were professional and knowledgeable through the whole time working on my house. Julio was patient and explained everything so that I could understand. He was also very thorough and made sure everything was going well. Definitely give these guys a call.

I have been working with Restoration Maintenance for the last week to access damage to my home from a water leak in the unit next to mine. Julio came every day to move the dehumidifiers to best remove the moisture. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently responded to my many questions. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Palm Beach area.

Wonderful,Wonderful, Wonderful. Ian came to my home for mold remediation, Not only did he contain the mold, they put the walls back in pristine condition, better than before. In South Florida it’s hard to fine a reputable company. This one is it. Reasonable cost and a great experience with his workers. Very professional, clean and neat. I’m not very trusting and this company did a fantastic job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Restoration Maintenance enough! They came highly recommended, and now I see why. We had a mold remediation job that another licensed company left unfinished, and Restoration Maintenance stepped in to save the day.

If the Swiss train system—known for precision and reliability—decided to start a mold remediation company in South Florida, it would be Restoration Maintenance. The experience was nothing short of amazing, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I was very pleased with Julio and his crew at Restoration maintenance I call them when my hot water heater burst and water was in my bedroom the hallway and closet. Julio started explaining the steps I should take to minimize the damage before they got there, luckily I had performed those steps. They were out within an hour I live in a different cities than their location when they got to my house they were very professional, Julio explained what they were going to do which calmed me down and gave me assurance that everything was going to be OK. That’s why I gave them a five star.

Julio and his team came out to our home within 1 hour to provide assistance in cleaning up and drying out our home after a flood. He was efficient and effective at preventing any further damage. His team showed us kindnes, immediate response and compassion. We wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future, if necessary and plan to use his repair team to make the necessary repairs and to help put this behind us. They responded immediately and came out within 45 minutes on a weeknight. Their follow up was great and they came back a couple times to check on the areas that had water damage to make sure everything was dried out. Highly recommend!!
