Jeffrey from restoration maintenance performed exceptional work of my home in Pembroke Pines. Jeffrey had to refit the dining room wall, closet under the stairwell and washroom and performed exceptional work in all three areas. Jeffrey as well as the company is hereby commended as they were total professionals and I must say job well done!

Julio was a very respectful and very helpful when it came to me worrying about the damage caused by the flood from broken water heater. Told me every step exactly how it was going to go and even answered all of my questions after he was done. Guided me through the procedures I should take in a time like this. This company is fantastic. I had total disasters from what started as a gutter issue to then a full-blown roof issue - mold and water. Restoration team was super professional and genuinely helpful after 2nd issue occurred. They helped me get ahead of any additional issues. They are fairly priced and their exceptional service is worth it for the professionalism and peace of mind.

Julio and Sergio, came to my house and provided experience to help properly asses what needed to be done at my house. I had a pipe leak with a lot of water damage. They were able to dry up my house very quickly. They were also very professional and helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs quick professional response.

Over the past year had major leaks in my roof that led to several mold issues throughout the house. After replacing the roof, I reached out to restoration maintenance based on a referral from Superior Mold Services . I had never used this type of company before and did not know what to expect. They came out promptly and explained their process and answered all of my questions.The team that did the the mold removal was led by Brent. Brent is the most customer centric person I have every delt with. I can not say enough about his communication skills and his work ethic. He came out with his co-workers Kyle and Steve and they did an amazing job over the week they were at my house. So respectful. I would highy recommend this company. Restoration Maintenance is an amazing company! I wish I could give them 10+ stars. They faced a daunting challenge in my house with multiple roof leaks and plumbing issues throughout. Ian Knight was exceptional in scoping out and scheduling the work, providing his expertise, technical information, and assurances in a very professional and engaging manner, and delivering a very fair estimate for a big job.

Team leads Steve and Brent were terrific! They quickly and almost effortlessly moved and protected everything in the vicinity of affected areas, and meticulously identified and cleaned all impacted sections. Steve, Brent, and their teams were focused and hard-working. They were clearly committed to doing very thorough, high quality work, and relentlessly treated the areas until all traces of mold were fully remediated.

Jesse, the Field Operations Manager, was awesome! He provided keen oversight and added his expertise in detecting leaks and mold assessment to make sure everything was fully addressed.

There are not enough kind words to say about this company. They are prompt, professional, accurate, reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Every individual I have encountered within the company is polite and willing to go the extra mile. They fully listen to your issue and address your concerns in detail. Ian is a delightful, charismatic, personable, educated and knowledgeable person. He truly cares and it is obvious he loves what he does. Unlike the larger companies I’ve encountered as a homeowner, I felt like he really cared about my situation and followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with their service. If I could give this company 10 stars… I would. I highly recommend their services and would use them in the future if needed. I wish more service companies had the same customer service. I wish them much success because it is well deserved!

Sergio was incredibly reliable and professional. When my water heater flooded, he showed up in under 20 minutes and immediately took control of the situation. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of water restoration or maintenance. These guys are the best! We had a roof leak and they have been amazing at making a stressful situation easier. Ian and his team guided us through the process and got all the bad stuff out. I’m not biased either, as this is a friend’s company.

They showed up every day when they said they would and they and actually care and are respectful of your property. Ian and his crew have your back and just do the right thing, which is rare these days. They also respond so fast to any questions you may have, which makes you feel so much better and informed.

Plus, you know they must be good people when your dog is wagging his tail when they came to the house. :)

I had the pleasure of working with Julio. I called Restoration Maintenance on a Saturday and Julio came out within 45 min. My mother’s unit in Boca had a pipe leak from the unit up top and water had spread in multiple areas of the home. Julio placed 3 units to help remove the humidity from the walls. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Restoration Maintenance and would use them again!

My family had a flood after a pipe burst in our bathroom, which first seemed like the worst thing that could happen... until we saw all the mold... honestly we were lost; had no idea what to do & we were terrified... Not only did all of our concerns get addressed but they went above & beyond to make us feel better... & THEN they did fabulous work, life saving work removing all of the mold & restoring our home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Jorge did a great job removing the water-damaged part of my wall. He was on time, worked carefully, and cleaned everything up after. The wall looks good and he made sure there was no mess left behind. I really appreciate the good work!

They were flexible throughout our prolonged battle with insurance and more patient than we probably deserved. Can’t recommend them enough!

Ian, Brent, and the whole team are amazing! I would suggest going with this company for all of your mold/water problem needs. They take their time explaining everything to you, they are very experienced in what they do, and are just great to work with. If you are immune compromised like I am, this is literally the only company in SoFlo to hire as the products they use are highly effective and also safe for people with compromised immune systems. Give these guys a call if you need help with mold or water- you wont regret hiring them!

I recently discovered mold in my house and contacted restoration maintenance. These guys were great. Friendly, Professional and most of Knowledgeable about my situation. They immediately got to work and discovered the source of the mold which was not something obvious to me . They cleaned up the mold quickly and my house was back as if nothing even happened. They checked back with me a few days later by coming to my house and did another inspection to insure I was good and my house was was not showing any signs of mold. They spent extra time with me to discuss things I could to to prevent mold from coming back. I am glad I call and got an estimate up front. I would definitely call them again and have no problem giving them a 5 star review.
