I can’t say enough good things about Southeast Restoration. We had to file an insurance claim from water damage. We had them do the mitigation and restoration. Throughout the whole process they were very transparent and communicative. Their crews always showed up on schedule and did a great job. They also really helped us get all the necessary upgrades from the damage by communicating directly with our insurance adjuster. I’d be lying if I said this was a quick process though. When dealing with insurance claims things don’t happen fast!
Everyone we met with from Southeast was great. We especially appreciated Kevin (our project manager), Jeremy and Thomas. I would highly recommend using these guys for your next project!

Had a tree trimming crew drop a limb on my tile roof near the peak. Rainman Roofing came out to replace the tile and motor joint. They were on time and did a great job. Also, they went that extra mile for me and they will be the only roofing company I will use. I have never had service like this from a roofing company, and was blown away.

Called Jennifer Rain Man Roofing to make some minor repairs as a result of a home sale inspection. Jennifer responded immediately and sent a crew of two men to quickly make the repairs. The crew went over and above and completed more than what was asked for at the same quoted price. I would highly recommend Rain Man Roofing as they got the job done when other roofing companies wouldn’t even return my phone calls. Kudos to Rain Man Roofing!

As a veteran property manager with almost 30 years of experience in the HOA industry, I am not easily impressed, but Rain Man impressed me immediately and has continued to do so. I do not recall ever having a roofer provide so much communication. They confirm when they have received my work order, they confirm when they have contacted the owner, they confirm when they are actually on site for the repair, and they send photos etc. within days of completion of the repair, and this practice has been consistent! I hihgly recommend

Just a quick shout out to Mark at Rain Man Roofing here in Anthem. I had some questions and needed some advice for my roof. He quickly came over, gave me a quote including others areas of concern. I did have another local company quote it but I had to follow up with them a couple days later to see if they even stopped by…tough to do business with folks you need to chase down. Rain man Roofing was on time, efficient and gave great advice! I would recommend.

Tell your drivers they represent your company when they are driving your company vehicles. One of your drivers cut me off and we happen to be heading to the same neighborhood. As I passed him he was kind enough to roll his window down and start screaming like a child.

This is the second time we have used rain man roofing. The first time was back in 2023 when a monsoon knocked a few of our tiles off the roof, they came out same day and repaired the damage. Last night we had a leak coming through our ceiling in our kitchen after the rain storm. I put a request in online for a service (Sunday evening) and was so surprised to get a call within an hour of them opening Monday morning. They were able to send a service man out same day and he repaired the leak. He was punctual, professional, and got the job done quick. We recognized him as he was the one who came to fix our last repair! They are an honest company and would rather do repairs instead of upselling you. We will definitely be using them when we need a new roof. Highly recommend!

Ian and his team were awesome!! When Ian came out to assess the damage in April he was very thorough and took the time to educate me and explain the steps I would need to take to get the ball rolling and also explain the role his team would play during the remediation process as well. The work was completed timely and when his group ran into issues with the insurance adjuster assigned to the claim we were in constant communication and worked together to get the issue resolved so they could get paid for their work. It was a great experience and I truly enjoyed working with Ian and his team. I was back in RI while the work was going on and would not hesitate to recommend Restoration Maintenance to others in FL and while I hope to not have a similar issue again, if I were to I would certainly use them again! Dealing with Julio Castillo from Restoration Maintenance has been a great experience. He has been so professional, responded immediately when called for our leak and water issue. He started drying process snd returned daily to check progress. He put us in contact with mold inspector and reviewed the rest of the restoration process with us.
