We chose Southeast Restoration to repair damage to our house from the ice storm. After dealing with so many contractors trying to get accurate estimates it was a game changer when we found Southeast. Everyone was so professional, everything was laid out specifically, accurately, even having incredible patience with our questions and reconfiguring of the estimate, and they even confirmed every detail with our insurance company! Once the repair estimate was finalized, the work was scheduled quickly and the entire project was finished in less than a day and a half, thanks to the incredible communication and coordination of Kevin, Jeremy, and Freddy, all of them were so easy to work with and the finished work looks better than it did before the damage!

Southeast helped me navigate a very stressful situation after a water leak damaged my kitchen and bedroom. Although it took some time (mostly due to waiting on insurance approval), the quality of the work was well worth it. Scott and Jeremy were so helpful, patient and kind to me as I navigated my first homeowners insurance claim, as well as understanding the process of the repairs. Hector (and crew), David, and the other man who worked on my cabinets, were efficient, clean and incredible at what they do. Dylan from mitigation was also so nice and responsive to all the questions I had. Rachel was extremely helpful, walking me through the payment, the mortgage company paperwork and the insurance process as well (which can be daunting). She was my saving grace on the days that my anxiety (mostly due to the insurance process) got the best of me. Thank you!!

Southeast did a great job assessing, drying and repairing a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. As the most trafficked room in the house, the team was very thorough every step of the process to ensure the repair was as seamless as possible. They were communicative, punctual & professional!

The staff from Southeast Restoration are very knowledgeable and efficient. We are very pleased from the first phone call about drying up the wet/damaged area to the finished job including replacing and refinishing the kitchen hardwood floor, replacing the carpet padding in the hallway and painting the damage affected areas. Water Damage to Kitchen Hardwood Floors (Insurance Claim)…..it’s amazing what a pinhole misting leak from the water supply to refrigerator ice machine can do to your home. It took out our entire hardwood floor in the kitchen, damaged cabinets, walls, base boards. I called three different restoration/water mitigation companies for assessments. I am so incredibly thankful that we chose Southeast Restoration. Nick and his crew (Dylan, Micheal, Owen) took excellent care of us through the process. Informative, professional, well mannered, sympathetic, responsible……all of the things you need as a home owner whose kitchen is completely torn apart, with a wife/kid/2 dogs living in the home. Is water damage to the home a stressful experience- YES. Did Southeastern make is less stressful and lower the anxiety level in our home- YES! Also need to mention their text line company communication is extremely reliable and efficient. Fast response times. Nicole at the main office does an excellent job coordinating the schedule and all necessary communication. We are now working with the repair/restoration team to get our kitchen and house back to normal conditions. I’m sure that Thomas and his team will also do an excellent job with repairs and even a few remodel opportunities that we are interested in pursuing. We had a water heater burst in our home and Southeast Restoration was highly recommended to us. They were quick to respond and communication was timely throughout the project. Dylan, our project manager, was great at helping us understand the timeline and what to expect. DJ & Briley completed all the restoration work and were able to salvage most of the water damaged areas. We are grateful for all their help and expertise in this space. They made our lives a lot easier in a stressful time.

I can’t say enough great things about Southeast Restoration. Jeremy, our Project Manager, was truly amazing - communicative, responsive and always available to answer questions and provide guidance. The entire project took about 10 weeks and they worked with me on a personal timeline that made sense for my family, which I truly appreciated.

Water damage in our house due to a sudden pipe burst in our laundry room. We were looking for a local owned business for remediation, restoration, and possible repairs as well. Nicole at Southeast Restoration made me feel better the minute I spoke with her and she had her team at our house within an hour to get started on getting rid of the water and start next steps. The whole company has been amazing to work with! We had to move out of our home for a couple weeks for the restoration. We are back home now and are beyond pleased with the work that was done!! Kevin, Jeremy, David, Nicole, Rachel, and the entire team at Southeast Restoration are amazing!! We already plan to call them when we’re ready to redo our master bathroom!

S. E. Restoration turned out to be a great company. At first I was concerned because my job was relatively small and it seemed to take them longer than I expected. Then the company explained to me that the process between mitigation and repairs is the longer part of it. Plus, it was during Christmas and the New Year’s season. When I took those things into consideration it helped me understand the timeframe.Thomas, who was in charge of the mitigation and Joshua, who did the repairs were just great. They were very professional, polite and skilled. Nicole, who I believe was in the office, was quite helpful and took time to get to the bottom of any of my questions or concerns. I especially enjoyed Joshua who did the repairs. He was superb for many reasons. He was engaging, concise, professional and skilled to mention a few. After some water damage as fallout from a winter storm, we couldn’t have asked for a better, more supportive team. Everyone we worked with at Southeast, from their mitigation specialists to their demo crews, down to Jeremy, Scott, and their production team and contractors were excellent.
